We received a wonderful thank you card from a bride the other day. It was a coconut Wedding Cake designed to bring the brides winter wedding to life. As she says it was a “snowy masterpiece out of a fairytale, and it tasted amazing!” Her guests even said it “was the best wedding cake they ever had.”
We’re so happy to be able to make someone’s day so special! =)

Here is another example of a ombre cake we decorated. With a nice fade from pink to light pink, this cake was Delivered to the Richard Nixon Library in Yorba Linda.

One of the latest wedding trends is Ombre wedding cakes. Ombre is a color fade from dark at the bottom, to light at the top. The texture and style of the cake is open, the color is what is important. Below are two photos of ombre wedding cakes we have delivered in Orange County and Fullerton.

Alvin and JenMay may choose us to make their Wedding Cake back in January. They we’re such a great couple to work with. Choosing a cake with them was fun.
They choose to have their wedding at the Rio Hondo Event Center in Downey and selected Coco Gallery to be their photographer.

Back in April we decorated a wedding cake for John and Laurel, a wonderful couple that had their Wedding at Strawberry Farms in Irvine.
