I could not be more pleased with my entire experience with Patty’s Cakes! I would give them more than 5 stars if I could! I would definitely recommend this business for anyone who wants to give/have a special treat! The customer service and the product was amazing! My questions about delivery were promptly addressed. Kelli went above and beyond to help iron out a zip code issue with our daughter’s dorm at CSU Fullerton. Paulina and Philip both sent emails almost immediately after my online order to verify some information to assure a smooth delivery. I was already more than impressed with this business and then the cupcakes arrived! They were beyond beautiful and, according to my daughter and her friends at the dorm, they were all delicious! I only wish I lived closer so that I could enjoy them myself! I will definitely be placing more orders through Patty’s Cakes, to the delight of many students at CSUF! Thank you for your wonderful service and your amazing cupcakes!

I placed my order late one evening, received a confirmation of the order having been received. The next day my order was completed and delivered before 1:00 pm that afternoon. The recipients of my cupcake gift shared with me that the cupcakes were extremely moist, beautifully decorated, and absolutely delicious. Wowowow! Philip and the Patty’s team came in clutch with some absolutely delicious cupcakes, cake and cake balls! This place is the epitome of a well-oiled machine that has adjusted to the current times. Last minute, we decided to have a drive-thru birthday for our son to stay safe and wanted something tasty to have for family who stops by. We ordered Patty’s online on Friday night and were able to schedule delivery for the very next day. That’s not even the best part!! I got a phone call from Philip the next morning to discuss my order to make sure they got everything right and I was ordering what I needed. It was a great conversation and super helpful. Being even more last-minute, I called him an hour before my delivery time to see if I could add more to my order and he was super accommodating to allow me to do so. About 15 minutes before my delivery, I got a notification that my driver was on the way with a link to track the status. I met my masked driver out front and she was super sweet! The items were packaged beautifully and exactly what we ordered. On to the baked goods themselves, I don’t know how they do it but everything was very light and airy. Nothing felt heavy. This was awesome but ended bad because I ate 4 cupcakes. Hahaha. We got text messages from friends and family who also said their cupcakes were amazing. There are sooooo many options to choose from, all of which were equally delicious. Patty’s Cakes is going to be the go to for all future events! The cupcakes and customer service are WORLD CLASS.
