Moist, not too sweet, delicious! – I highly recommend this cake! I actually ordered it before, for my friend’s baby shower, and it was a hit! This time, I ordered it for my husband’s birthday. He does not like cakes because it’s usually too dense and sweet, but he loved Patty’s! The bread is moist (tasted almond flavor in bread, which was pleasant). The bavarian vanilla and raspberry filling inside was very delicious, and not too sweet, just the right amount of filling. The raspberry filling even included seeds, which means they actually used real raspberries instead of raspberry flavor! The cream outside was not too sweet, tasted like sweet cream! Yum!

We went with Patty’s Cakes for our wedding at Summit House and we’re so glad to have worked with Jacqueline! For our cake we went with a vanilla cake, with vanilla Bavarian cream and guava jam, and it was so yummy! We love how light and flavorful the cake was! I’m usually a buttercream gal, but after a pretty hearty meal, this cake was perfect with the light mousse-like frosting and balanced flavors and textures.

My new favorite cupcakes! I was craving something sweet on a mid day afternoon and came upon Patty’s Cakes through Yelp of course and knew I had to come here right away. So many options to choose from that made it difficult for me to narrow down my choices but I ended up ordering a chocolate w/chocolate fudge frosting, lemon blueberry, chocolate with Nutella (my favorite), strawberry bliss, apple bliss, and white with strawberry Oreo mouse. We sampled them all and can say we all agreed the cupcakes flavors really came through, weren’t overly sweet, and just perfect. I loved that the frosting was a light and creamy texture that wasn’t thick like most cupcake frostings. 10/10 and will definitely be back to pick up more flavors!

Highly Recommend. We had such a great experience with Patty’s Cakes! The tasting and ordering process went smooth and we had lots of questions! On the day of the wedding we received text notifications so we knew when the cake was on its way and once it was delivered. The cake itself was delicious! The frosting was not overly sweet. Highly recommend the strawberry oreo filling. The design was also exactly what we were looking for.

The cake and delivery were seamless and easy! We had such a good time at our tasting and they gave good suggestions on popular flavors. They really pushed for us to have the cake flavor that we wanted rather than the cake that would make our guests happy. Really appreciated that! FYI, they will not place flowers in your cake if that is something you want. They will do the cake topper but we had our florist place the flowers in the cake. Since the number of our guests changed at the last minute, we had to change the size of our cake. Though they really did not recommend we get a smaller cake than our guest count, it was fine for us since we also had candy, chocolate strawberries, and since we know a lot of our guests are not dessert people. I felt a little judged on the phone for having a cake that would feed 90 with 100 expected guests but it worked out for us! You know your guests best and how much they will eat!

We recently had pattys cakes at our wedding and let me tell you our expectations were exceeded! Even from our cake testing! The texture is amazing and the service was great. So glad that Patty’s Cakes exists for us vegans who still want a sublime wedding cake for our big day! We went with a three-tier semi-naked white cake with strawberry filling and this was the perfect clean slate for our florist’s special touches, accomplishing that elegant-rustic vibe we were going for. The flavor and texture were both perfect, and overall value was great, so just all around a big win making for a super happy bride and groom. Thank you to Jacqueline and the team at Patty’s Cakes for a great experience and for including awesome vegan options in a market where more of this is needed!
