The cashier was nice and very helpful since it was my very first time there. As for the cupcakes, both I and my boyfriend thought they were delicious! Super moist cake, rich icing, and a filled center. Would definitely recommend!

We got married last March and lucky for us, a wedding cake from Patty’s was included in our venue.
From the first meeting to the wedding day, Patty’s was a huge help! Our design was perfect, the cake tasted great, and our guests are still talking about it a month later! I highly recommend Patty’s Cakes for any event, wedding, or even if you just want to treat yourself!

The customer service is very friendly and quick. I stop by here on a regular basis for a cupcake treat. The only issue is limited parking, but worth the effort to find a spot on the street if necessary. Once it was very noisy inside with unruly children scrambling around unfettered by the parent. But the polite clerks took it in stride. Always great tasting cupcakes with a wide variety of flavors. A+

My staff and I get their cupcakes periodically for special occasions. We’ve tried almost every kind they have. I usually get the pina colada, since that’s my favorite, but had to try the Lemon Razzle (I ate some of the mousse off the top- I couldn’t wait!). Love them! Great service, friendly staff, wonderful quality/taste/prices. AND they have Thrifty’s ice cream!!!

Gluten-free! That’s right, gluten-free cupcakes, and not just one lousy flavor, they have more than 8 delicious flavors. They are all so good and I can never choose just one! they are moist, and the frosting is so creamy and not too sweet. Everything about the taste is perfect. Customer service is great, they are simple and polite. Their menu is easy to identify what gluten-free options are available. They have vanilla cakes and chocolate cakes to choose from. My favorite is the eclair, it’s a vanilla cake with a chocolate frosting and some sort of vanilla pudding inside….brings me back to childhood and going to the donut store, but with way less sugar and no greasy filmy aftertaste. Try this bakery and experience your first real delicious gluten-free cupcake. It tastes like cake! I noticed they do custom orders which is great for weddings and events.

So… I only got to try the Mint Chip cupcake out of the box…. and to the gods of taste, it was perfectly balanced. The texture was light as well as the flavor. Not too sweet, but the impact of flavor was still there. The frosting and cream filling was perfectly light and well balanced with the amount of cupcake. I look forward to trying all their cupcakes. The experience of eating a perfectly made cupcake is stunning. Even Gordon Ramsay would be at a lost for words! The presentation was spot on. The cupcake looks perfect and tastes how it looks. I’m definitely going to gain some weight from this establishment.

Went here for our wedding cake and they did an absolutely amazing job!! The cake was beautiful, communication between Philip was prompt and easy, and of course… the cake was delicious! We loved it, the people loved it, and I would definitely recommend this place to others! :)

I came here (finally!) after one of my friends recommended their cakes. I tried four of their cupcakes and was so surprised! Their cupcakes are moist, delicious, and have just enough sweetness. Also, their cupcakes are filled inside with frosting! (talk about a fun surprise!) My husband is a huge fan of frosting in general (whereas, I am not), and he said that the frosting on these cupcakes was the best he’s ever tried! It was light, fluffy, and with the right amount of sweetness! I definitely recommend Patty’s Cakes for your dessert needs. I really enjoyed the Peanut Butter cupcake (It tastes like Reese’s cup!).

I love this bakery! We ordered a dozen cupcakes based solely on proximity to our house and Yelp reviews. It was a little strange ordering over the phone as a newbie because the person who took my order responded a little bit like they thought I knew things that weren’t obvious to me about the ordering process. However, that didn’t deter me from getting great customer service. When I went to pick up the cupcakes, the storefront was soooooo cute. It could’ve literally been off of the American Girl (doll collection) catalog. Everything was immaculate and the cakes and pastries in the glass were picture perfect. Once I saw my cupcake order, I knew I had to leave a glowing review. I also ordered some cake balls for my kids and hubby. They were really moist but had some girth. So I felt like I actually ate something – not like those ones at Starbucks. Needless to say, I’ll be back for the very next event.
The cupcakes were a perfect cure for my sweet tooth!

It was very hard to find a place to get a wedding cake to deliver to the hall that also has very good taste. The cake was really good and all the guests from the wedding loved it. From now on we will be getting cakes here no matter how far the drive is.

I LOVE cupcakes and these are the BEST by far! Great price, light, sweet, perfect flavor combinations and textures. I’m sure I’ll be ordering birthday cakes from here too. They also have ice cream, cookies, cake balls, etc.! The “cake in a bag”-I don’t like waste so I think that’s genius! Well done Patty and staff!

First time trying this place, and cake balls are perfect. I had the s’mores cake ball – super moist and delicious. Reminded me of an elevated version of the Snackwell’s Devil’s food cake. Very affordable for a premium cupcake – to me, it’s better than Sprinkles. Their selection is good, and I like that they offer Illy coffee to complement their sweets. I’m excited to come back and get a cake from them.

My husband and I had a great experience with Patty’s Cakes for our wedding. We wanted to work with a bakery that was in the Fullerton/Orange County area, so I was drawn to Patty’s by their great reviews. Everything about our experience was awesome–from the tasting, payment, delivery, and cake itself. They did a great job of working with our budget and were very honest about what we needed and what we didn’t. We picked a cake based on one they had pictured in one of their sample books. Our cake turned out exactly as it was pictured visually and it tasted amazing. We had so many of our guests tell us how great the cake was–some even had seconds and thirds, lol. Lastly, the online payment system was so helpful for someone that doesn’t live in nearby!

From our first meeting with Phillip to our wedding day, we were so impressed with Patty’s Cakes. We chose the confetti flavor for our cake and everyone loved it, but no one more than me! There are a few cupcake places in Fullerton and they are all good. But Patty’s is the best, in my opinion. The cakes and cupcakes are perfect and consistent every time. The new building is so cute and decorated for the different holidays, the Cake in a Bag is “OMG”. It would be awesome if they had bottled water, beverages, and a small table with chairs. The kids like to eat their cupcakes in the store and the bar seating is a bit high. I was there once and a regular with the Fullerton Assistance League told me that Patty donates goodies to local kids in need of their birthday… That’s pretty awesome. Patty’s Cakes makes me happy!

For the past 25 plus years, our family ordered birthday cakes and cakes for all occasions from a local bakery in our area. When it came time to select a bakery for our wedding cake, we did a tasting at our go-to place and frankly, I was shocked at the flavors of the cake, the filling, and the frosting. The words that came to mind were: store bought, from a box, YUCK! I was really surprised and saddened. BUT . . . A week later we went to a neighbor’s party and they had the most delicious cake I had ever tasted in my life. The words that came to mind when I tasted this cake from Patty’s Cakes were: creamy, moist, flavorful, fresh, homemade, YUM! So for our small family wedding, we decided on the White Cake with the Vanilla Bavarian Custard and Raspberry Filling for the large tier and for the top tier we chose the Chocolate Cake with the Chocolate Chip Mousse Filling. Guess what? There was hardly any cake leftover. All our guests said our wedding cake was the best they have ever had. We loved the fact that the frosting on the cakes was so creamy and tasty. The simple design we chose matched the relaxed elegance of our wedding. We also love Patty’s cupcakes and cupcake pops. I am so pleased to recommend this 5-star bakery to all future brides!

They made our wedding cake so perfect! We did carrot on our top tier and the rest red velvet all with cream cheese frosting. Everything was so moist and the decoration was perfectly matched with our beach theme. Topped with white chocolate shells!! Thank you for making our big day so tasty!

I’ve tried three different cupcakes from Patty’s and they were all fantastic. The Elvis is great but my favorite so far is the Peanut Butter and Chocolate Fudge. Can’t wait to try more. Outstanding quality.

We’ve tried the Elvis cupcake twice now and it has been consistently great! Bacon on baked goods is always great, the banana and peanut butter flavoring are not too overpowering and all the flavors match well. 5-star cupcake.
Overall, we tried a few other cupcakes and 1 small cake. The more common/basic flavors don’t stand out as much as the Elvis cupcake and are a little pricey, but overall a very nice (clean!) shop with a well-organized menu and a wide selection.

My husband and I ordered our wedding cake from Patty’s Cakes and it was delicious! We had a Red Velvet flavored cake with Chocolate Chip Mousse filling. The cake was moist and not dry like many wedding cakes that we had at other people’s weddings. I would recommend Patty’s Cakes to everyone.

Stopped in just before closing on a weeknight. Needed a little cake-something for wife’s birthday treat. Got the yelp deal of four cupcakes for the price of three. There was a very nice person out front that helped me. And the cupcakes were very fresh and yummy. Ordered strawberry mouse, peanut butter fudge, vanilla fudge, salty caramel chocolate. Nothing disappointing, and I will happily visit again.

We had our reception at the air museum and wanted airplanes on the cake. Nonetheless, Patty’s cakes delivered. The cake was beautiful and so delicious! It was perfect, moist and yummy. When we went in to order, we were able to taste a few flavors. We even got cupcakes to go! It was a wonderful experience.

My roommate brought home 4 of these delicious cake balls last week and I thought I had died and gone to heaven. Truly.
They are the perfect texture and taste and size and I’d probably have less self-control over them if I lived even closer than I do now. I’d definitely go and pick up some of my own next time I’m in the neighborhood!

I love the new location. The parking is a little tricky, but worth the effort. We ordered cupcakes for our son’s birthday, and they were really good. My husband thought they were a little too sweet, but they were chocolate eclair, sweet is what you’re looking for in a chocolate eclair cupcake!
