Finding a delicious gluten free cupcake is a struggle, but not at Patty’s Cakes! -Anaheim, CA

I have Celiac Disease. Finding a good Gluten Free cupcake started to feel like I was searching for a Unicorn. Then I found Patty’s. Sweet cupcake magic has been restored into my life! I feel like I’m eating just a scrumptious cupcake for the first time since being diagnosed! For the first time “gluten free” isn’t a “flavor” & it isn’t a texture. I get to enjoy a cupcake as cupcakes should be enjoyed!
By far, the BEST Gluten Free cupcakes I have EVER had, I’ve tried a lot of them too.

PS: Their peanut butter frosting is to die for. If I could live off of it I would.

My husband and I were blown away by how amazing these cakes are! At first glance, the bakery is a tiny hole in the wall place that you could almost miss if you blink, but boy are their cakes delicious! We opted for a single tier cake and a cupcake tree so we got to pick 4 flavors of cupcake. We chose red velvet with a cream cheese frosting, fudge (yellow cake with a fudge top), Lemon raspberry (my husband’s fav!) and chocolate chocolate chip. They were all to die for and we had ZERO left overs at the end of the wedding, despite several no show guests. They customized my top tier cake and it was exactly what I envisioned. I would recommend Patty’s Cakes to anyone!

Patty’s Cakes did such an amazing job with our Wedding Cake and Grooms Cake. They completely went above and beyond. Our wedding cake was four tier and was flawless. The grooms cake was in the shape of Texas which was made special for our big day! And it was the best tasting cake I’ve ever had! All of our guests really loved it and kept asking who made it! We had plenty so people kept getting seconds!

My husband and I got married this past September at Orange Hill Restaurant, and Patty’s Cakes provided our cake. When we went to the tasting we were very impressed! All the flavors are delicious and the design options are beautiful. The people working there are very nice and helpful. We chose the white cake with a raspberry/ lemon filling, and also a layer of red velvet with a chocolate chip filling. Everyone loved the cake and we are looking forward to ordering from them again soon.

This summer I had ordered gluten free cupcakes online and picked them up just a few hours later. They were for my friends birthday and he is gluten intolerant. We have tried many different gluten free baked goods but these cupcakes and cake balls are by far the best around!!! Helped throw a party this weekend and the cake was ordered from Patty’s. I know everyone was happy with the presentation and the giant cake was almost all gone by the end of the night!

Love love love their mini cupcakes! They are like heaven in your mouth. Tried the full size cupcakes and haven’t found a favorite yet – they were good, but I wasn’t captivated like I was when I had the minis. Had their cupcakes for the first time today and omg I’m hooked! They were gone within minutes!We ordered the chocolate caramel salty, dos PB & J, peanut butter with chocolate fudge, and the chocolate with peanut butter mousse. They were all amazing but the chocolate with peanut butter mousse was my favorite. It was so light and melt in your mouth good. Definitely didn’t feel guilty after eating them.. Which could also be dangerous.. Service was great as well. Employees were helpful with flavor descriptions when we didn’t know what to get initially Overall great place! We’re coming back on Monday to have more!

The price for my reception pays for the cake here. I have gone to the tasting and have picked the design of the cake. The cake is delicious and the staff was great to work with. Yesterday was my first time visiting Patty’s bakery. I planned to order a cake online in advance but didn’t have time to. I arrived around 6pm and the sign indicated that they were closed due to a wedding consultation. But Patty opened the store for me and was very accommodating. I’m so happy that she let me in to purchase a ready to go 8″ red velvet cake. I’m not familiar with the area and didn’t know where else to go so she definitely made my day! The cake was amazing and she also made time to write a personal message on the cake even though she was in the middle of a consultation. I want to say thank you Patty for your service. I will for sure be back to order any other birthday cakes or desserts in the future! Best experience ever!

We came here for my birthday treats and it surpassed our expectations! My girlfriend has Celiacs disease so we were super excited when we found this place with gluten free options! Had the eclair and it won me over. I don’t need the donut version anymore when I can have a perfectly moist, not overly-sweet cupcake that tastes more delicious than any freshly made donut I’ve ever had! I wanted to try this place because of the reviews. I’m planning 2 party’s and want to find great cakes for a reasonable price. I bought some cupcakes for me and my family to try. The gold standard of cupcakes, and right in our backyard. I’ve tried many of their flavors and have honestly never been disappointed. It’s all about their frosting, but even the cake part is moist and incredible. So far, my favorite has to be the Elvis, but the Pumpkin Chocolate is giving it a run for its money.

Hands down AMAZING!!!!! about 3 years ago for my Dirty 30 Birthday I decided to throw a spooky haunted house themed birthday and I remember someone telling me about Patty’s Cakes. I thought how cute, it’s down the street so lets check it out. I walk in to find out that an old friend and his mother own it! (that just made it 10x better for me to support) I was very specific on what I was looking for as for as the theme of my birthday party and what the cake HAD to look like. Complimentary cake tasting, super easy to deal with, SUPER REASONABLE PRICING, and probably the best cake we’ve ever had. We booked Patty’s super last minute because we thought the wedding cake wasn’t important to us, however this was one of the best wedding decisions we made, not to mention how awesome it was for Patty to accommodate our late order. The cost was way way way below what other vendors were charging for cake that didn’t even taste half as good. We received so many compliments, thank you Patty!

A co-worker got cupcakes from her husband that she shared with us. One was chocolate with cream filling, chocolate and salted caramel. It was deliciously rich and yummy! The other was banana and which I tried at her insistence…it was really a lovely flavor because the banana was not overwhelming. It was just right. I am sure the rest of the flavors are just as wonderful. I would recommend Patty’s Cakes in a heartbeat to anyone!

Aside from having an absolutely adorable store front, Patty’s makes great cakes!! I am a cake-a-holic. And my wedding cake was one of the best cakes I’ve ever had!! AND…we froze our cake top and enjoyed again on our anniversary. Several people told me not to get my hopes up..that after a year in the freezer, it’s likely the cake will taste like cardboard. This was NOT our experience. The cake was just as scrumptious as I remembered. We absolutely recommend Patty’s Cakes!

The caterers serving the dessert could not get the servings out quick enough. I would definitely recommend them for your special event (especially since you have so many combinations to chose from). My boyfriend and I got the gluten-free Eclair cupcake and the white with peanut butter mousse as well as a confetti cake ball. They were all amazing and we will be going back.The cake ball is basically a much better version of Starbuck’s cake pop – it has a better consistency and is bigger. Seriously one of the best tasting cupcakes I’ve had. A few of my students have brought them for me as a gift and they are my favorite kind of dessert to receive! I love mint n chip and LOVED the mint chocolate mousse with the chocolate cupcake. It tasted exactly like Thrifty’s ice cream and the cupcake was so moist and fluffy! Can’t wait to go in this summer!

We got our wedding cake baked, decorated, and delivered by Patty’s Cakes. My husband and I were very picky about what we wanted and Phillip was so helpful during the tasting with helping us find exactly what we wanted and within our budget. And the designs and decorations turned out beautifully. I would definitely recommend this business for any occasion and for everyday as their cakes are that good! Patty’s cakes did my gender reveal cake and they did an awesome job! The cake had a nice touch with glitter accents. The cake it self was moist and had the best taste! We ordered the marble cake with vanilla mousse filling. They are very friendly and have the best customer service!
