Patty’s Cakes did such an amazing job for my Wedding Cake and Grooms Cake. They completely went above and beyond. Our wedding cake was a 4 tier cake and it was flawless. The Grooms Cake was in the shape of Texas which they did special for us for our big day! And it is the best tasting cake I’ve ever had! Everyone at our wedding enjoyed it and asked who made it.

Patty’s Cake totally exceeded my expectation. I placed my order the night before with a pick-up window of 12 pm. I showed up 2 hrs before my window and asked if I can pick it up early since I was heading out of town and would not
be in the area. They looked at one another but got the job done. I was able to pick up my cake and head out of town. Thank you so much for making this possible and by the way your cake was so delicious and moist. By far the best we had ever had, keep up the good work.

I have been looking for a local cupcake place that has moist and fresh cupcakes. This is the place. Finally they have a big variety. I like the fact that you don’t have the cupcakes displayed that means they haven’t been sitting all day and you top them with fresh toppings as they are ordered. I ordered Eclair, Elvis and chocolate mouse. I have tried the E’clair and it was yummy. The others are for a friend. I will be back soon.I can’t wait to try some other flavors. They are really good

Excellent Excellent service. I ordered some cupcakes for my sons graduation. We absolutely enjoyed them and the experience we had with Patty’s. We originally ordered from Sam’s Club but the day of we found that they forgot to place order. No wonder we never got a call.. But Patty’s saved the day. The cakes were tasty and the kids enjoyed them.

Everything here is delicious… you can’t go wrong! I wanted to write a wedding cake review but this place is more than a wedding cake shop, so I had to write my review here on yelp!
I actually stumbled to Patty’s Cakes by chance one day when on yelp looking for a bakery. I went to try it out and the cupcakes were amazing, not overly sweet and moist!
When looking around at the bakery I noticed that they also make wedding cakes, I texted my brother right away because he was planning his wedding at that time. The first time he and his wife tried that place they booked Patty’s for their wedding. The cake for their wedding was HUGE and it was a big hit. The cake was a 5 layer cake made for over 350 guests and every person who ate it said it was delicious. So of course, when my husband and I were planning for our wedding we had to come to Patty’s. We ordered our wedding cake and party favor cupcakes here and it was a huge hit!
The service was amazing and Philip and Patty really both took the time to work with us on our budget and details of the look of the cake. The cake turned out beautiful and the cupcake wedding favors were so much fun. If you are looking for this place for a possible wedding cake vendor this is the place to go to!
BUT if you are just looking for a cupcake / cake place is also the place to go. I order all our birthday celebration desserts through Patty’s and it has never disappointed us. I also have sent cupcakes to people and every time I do I get a huge thank you about how wonderful the cupcakes are and how wonderful the service is.

This was my first time trying Patty’s cakes, it was included in my package and to be honest I didn’t really care too much for the cake in the beginning. When I went to the the cake tasting and saw all the beautiful designs and tried all the different fillings I knew that the cake would be a big part of my wedding. My cake looked beautiful and it tasted even better, everybody loved it and they all wanted more. Thankfully we had a big piece left over which I had my mother in law take home and everybody ate cake for a week because it was that good. Thank you Patty’s cakes!

It was true my first experience was not so pleasant, but I just had to update my review to five stars. The cupcakes tasted way better than I first tried it…it was true…they were delicious!
I regret saying I would go to Sprinkles…I’d have to admit, Patty’s cupcakes are much better. As the owner Philip had explained in the most respectful, and kind manner that I just happened to be there during their transition in the kitchen. And he had made a whole new order for my daughter’s birthday and even gave me some extra cupcakes to accommodate my previous experience. The customer service here was beyond great! Thank you Patty’s cupcakes for making my kid’s birthday delightful! Now I have my own local favorite shop for desserts. My personal favorite is the red velvet. It was very moist with creamy fillings and frosting’s that leaves you no artificial taste in your mouth.

This place was great! My fiancee and I did a lot of shoppingaround for a place to get our wedding cake and checked a lot of the traditional American bakeries as well as many of the Asian bakeries until a friend of ours suggested Patty’s as they had ordered their wedding cake from them. Patty’s prices were waylower than we had figured based on other similar bakeries and the quality of the cakes was amazing! We got the Coconut Pineapple Cream Cheese cake and a Chocolate Mint and Fudge cake and they were both fantastic! A lot of the other bakeries in the area tried to discourage us from doing two different flavor cakes and were generally a bit unhelpful with a lot of our questions about the process but Patty was super helpful and happy to answer our questions and work with us. In the end we got a lot of compliments from wedding guests about our cake which meant a lot to us because these days weddings are roughly 10% about love and happiness and 90% about showing off and outdoing your friends.

Came here because another bakery refused to create a custom designed cake I wanted for my son’s upcoming graduation. When we got there it was very clean and we were greeted by a very knowledgeable young man. He said they would do the cake I was requesting. The flavors they have for filling is unbelievable. So, in order to try certain flavors, I purchased three cupcakes. We never had anything from Patty’s. We were in heaven! I had a chocolate cupcake with peanut butter mousse. My mom had the chocolate chipper, vanilla mouse with chocolate chips and chocolate covered potato chips crumbled on top. My daughter had the mint chocolate chip. Did you know there is a creamy filling inside each cupcake??? Oh my goodness!!! These cupcakes are a divine masterpiece. Up there with Leonardo Da’Vinci and Michelangelo. The angels sang as we ate the cupcakes! I highly recommend you try this place out. There are 52 flavors to try. I have 49 left to try. I will write another review as soon as I pick up my son’s graduation cake. You must try this place. You will not be sorry!

They make really delicious and beautiful gluten free cake! I had the vanilla and it was so good everyone at my party loved it. There were only two small slices left. No one complained about the gluten free part because it was so good they couldn’t tell or didn’t care. It’s so hard to find good gluten free cake, and this was amazing and not just amazing for a gluten free cake, but just deliciously amazing!

Best gluten free cupcakes! Our family has been gluten free (celiac disease)for over seven years. We have eaten a lot of gluten free cupcakes and these are hands down the best. It was fun to have such a great selection and they made a custom cupcake for each member of our family. This little shop will be on our list each time we visit Anaheim.

Patty Cakes is the only place to go for your wedding cake!!!! From the moment you walk in you feel as you have known Patty for years! Patty, her family and staff are one of a kind! Then you taste her products and its like you are in heaven!!! My husband and i will stop by any time we are even close to Patty Cakes. Even if we stop in for a cupcake its the same quality of service and taste as when we went for our wedding cake consultation. From one Bride to another there are so many things you are dealing with when planning a wedding and having Patty as your cake vendor will allow you to have one thing on that long list not to have to worry about!

We are the luckiest two people in the world! Everything with our wedding went off without a single hitch! The entire event was truly enchanting…and that includes our experience at Patty’s Cakes! First of all, the staff is extremely professional! Patty, herself, met with us, and among the three of us, we designed the cake of our dreams. Not only was it a work of art, but two months later, we are still craving another piece. The cake was moist and delicious. A week after the wedding, when we started to receive phone calls and emails about our wedding, several people commented on how tasty the cake was. I have eaten many a dry piece of wedding cake at friends’ weddings; this is on a whole other level! We whole-heartedly agree with thousands of others…it’s got to be Patty’s Cakes!

We are big fans of Patty’s cakes and have been ordering her pretty and delicious cakes for about 3 years now. So when our 10 year anniversary came and we were going to finally have our dream wedding! My first decision as a bride was where the cake came from! Patty say

I ordered a large cupcake tower with 480 cupcakes from Patty’s cakes and everyone loved them! They arrived on time, setup quickly, and most importantly were delicious. The tower they have for rent is large and definitely makes a statement. The cupcakes are very large as well so you get a lot for what you pay for. I definitely recommend them for any large event!

Incredible cupcakes here. Tucked away in a dilapidated and sad-looking shopping center are some of the best gluten free cupcakes I’ve ever tried. They frost them to order. Enjoyed chocolate chip, strawberry, caramel and coconut. Will definitely be back.

I ordered my wedding cake from Patty’s Cake. I had found them on The Knot and went to go check them out because they were located not too far from the wedding venue (Buena Park Holiday Inn). I set up an appointment to come back with my then fiance, now husband, and the consultation went great. The cake tasting went very well and the total cost was lower than what we were expecting (for a 4 tiered cake that served over 200 people). Patty coordinated with my florist (Flower Allie, also in Fullerton) and arranged the flowers beautifully on the cake just as I had wanted. The flavor of the cake was simply amazing. At the end of the wedding after most of the guests had left, my husband and I sneaked back over to the cake table to go at the leftovers; it was that good. We got the half lemon- half white cake with the Bavarian cream and raspberry filling. Absolutely delicious! We will be going back for our anniversary cake (who wants a frozen year-old cake when we can ave another one baked fresh for us? :p). So glad we chose to go with Patty’s Cake!

It’s a meringue type frosting, kinda like cool whip. The lemon razzle was my favorite. Our small wedding cake was so yummy (marble with chocolate mousse filling) that hubby and I ate the whole thing over 3-4 days. I just wished that we had ordered a larger cake. I’ve been craving more…perhaps for our anniversary. They don’t offer free cake tasting, but you won’t regret going with them! Not only were they the tastiest option, they were also the cheapest. I couldn’t be happier with how the cupcakes turned out for our wedding.
