Best cake hands-down all I did was Google best cakes near me. She was the first one that popped up so I go. I bring the box back to my job. It’s my husband’s 50th birthday. I’m gonna be taking it home and one of my work colleagues says oh I had Patti’s cakes for my wedding and literally I ate the top part a year later and it taste just as good, she stated that they came highly recommended from her venue and now everybody in her family and herself just use this cake place. Let me tell you I will be using her for everything. Patti’s cakes is my go to. I will drive to Fullerton to go get this cake, though I live 30 minutes away,

My husband and I are last minute planners, so naturally when planning a wedding we were very stressed out. Even given the shortened timeline, the people at Patty’s were amazing! From the cake tasting appointment, to the selection, to the delivery! They worked with our budget and were so accommodating to our timeline.
And that is just the service! I cannot say enough about how delicious the cake itself is! We got to customize the combinations, which is a huge plus when planning a wedding for so many different taste palettes. So many guests came up to us to compliment the cake! Great flavor, perfect texture, and a beautiful presentation!
We still go back to pick up cupcakes for our smaller events and plan to use Patty’s again for any future parties.

Ordered a cake for my wedding here and my guests couldn’t stop saying how delicious it was for MONTHS. It inspired a couple of friends order their own wedding cakes from Patty’s. I was so busy on the day of the party that I didn’t have even one bite of the cake. Four days later, I ate one of two slices my hubby saved for us. OMG! it was so good!!! Still moist, not too sweet, and the icing was delicious – creamy, moist, and light. I’m tempted to eat his slice!! (We bought the confetti cake and had it delivered to our home in Irvine. The delivery person was such a sweetheart.)

I’m not much of a sweet tooth, but lately I have and satisfied my cupcake cravings here with Patty’s Cakes. If you’re looking for a dessert that is not too sweet, then I recommend checking this place out!
I came here on a late afternoon and was able to do a walk-in order (less than 10-15 min wait). I highly recommend their chocolate cupcake with oreo mousse, red velvet cupcake with oreo mousse, white with vanilla mousse cupcake (cute sprinkles on top). Everything tasted delicious and I love how light and fluffy the icing is.
Prices are decent, credit cards are accepted, and there’s street parking available (in addition, there’s only a couple of parking spots in the back of the store).

Their cakes is one of the most moist cakes I have eaten. Even my wedding photographer who has eaten tons of cakes over 10 years said their strawberry cake was the best he has eaten. Other than a slight glitch when they had a new event person take over from their retired person, everything turned out great. They even deliver only within a certain time frame when the cake is close to being eaten to insure the freshness of the cake.

Absolutely amazing service from beginning to end. I placed my order through email with Eryka. She was amazing and helpful. She easily accommodated my requests and it was hassle free from ordering to the payment. Once I picked it up, it exceeded my expectations for the cake design. The flavors I chose were White and Chocolate Marble with Oreo. All of the guests really loved the cake. I personally don’t really like cake due to it’s usual heaviness and sweetness, but their cakes are perfectly moist, light, not too sweet, and accommodated everyone’s taste buds. Eryka was super helpful and friendly with the cake creation and my budget. This is my first cake I’m ordering from Patty’s so I’m excited to see the cake and try the flavors when it’s ready. Customer service was exceptional and timely.
Update: received the cake and it was beyond my expectations! They did amazing and all the guests loved the cake. The flavors and quality are honestly better than any other birthday cake I’ve had. It wasn’t heavy and super sweet, it was just perfect truly.

Hello, I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with my recent experience at your establishment. I was appalled by the behavior of one of your employees, Kelli, who made disparaging remarks about a beautiful Mexican couple who in her words “Were just there just to enjoy the complimentary cake.” She even went so far as to question their ability to count because they had their son with them. I find this type of behavior to be completely unacceptable and it has left me with a very negative impression of your establishment. I will not be returning and I would advise others to avoid it as well..

This review is long overdue! My husband and I got married last year at Casa de Lago in Orange and they referred us to Patty’s Cakes to us. From the moment they scheduled us to for a consultation to the moment they dropped off the cake, the customer service was phenomenal. Now let’s talk about the cake, we absolutely loved it and so did our guests!! My husband is not a cake lover but he fell in love with this one. I loved everything about Patty’s Cakes. We had our cake consultation for our wedding cake, and they took us to a private room away from other customers and explained the process. They had us choose a few flavors we wanted to try and brought them to us. We were left alone to taste and discuss the flavors, and then they came back to check in on us. They were really nice and accommodating. I love the fact that their frosting is not super sweet, and the cake to frosting ratio was perfect. We ended up ordering the snickerdoodle cake for our wedding but also loved their banana, which we will have to go back for. We had great feedback from our guests. Pricing was also not bad. We did a medium-sized tier cake with a sheet cake on the side. They have many options to fit your budget.

Everything was fantastic!
Late to posting this review, but my husband and I used patty’s cakes for our wedding! We had a smaller two tier cake (strawberry cake with strawberry filling) and a dessert bar (cake balls and mini cupcakes)! Our guests absolutely loved the desserts and everything came right on time for set up!
