I have used Patty’s Cakes on past occasions for birthdays and desserts. Booking a tasting for a wedding cake and verifying they had availability for my event was an easy process. Once our tasting was booked and our meeting arrived we had a wonderful experience. We were taken to a side suite in the shop where we had total privacy from their regular customer base. I really enjoyed the privacy. We were handed a look book and she brought in the samples. All were delicious. As mentioned we’ve had their product before and each time has been flavorful, presentation is always great and guests love it. No different this time. The cake looked amazing, the flavor was great and the delivery to the venue was on time. Thank you for providing the perfect cake for our wedding.

We did our cake tasting here and wow! Jacqueline was so helpful, informative, and encouraging! We weren’t sure if we wanted to try a particular filling because we were unsure of how it would pair with the cakes we chose, but Jacqueline encouraged us to explore it and it turned out to be one of the fillings we selected. We were so happy to have had such a good experience in deciding a very important factor in our big day! We look forward to guests getting to have cake from Patty’s Cakes, and coming back in the future for our other cake and dessert needs.

I ordered two cakes, one very large sheet cake and one small vegan cake, both were decorated beautifully and tasted delicious. When I went to pick up my order I was greeted by the owner herself she carried my cake & walked me to my car and helped me make sure my cake was secure in my car, she was very nice and had a great personality, I definitely could tell she has a passion for her business and appreciates her customers. I definitely recommend this bakery.

Patty’s Cakes did an amazing job with my wedding cake. The tasting process made you feel comfortable with your choice, the people are amazing and no other cake shop really compared to them. I have gone back several times to get cupcakes for other occasions and they have always been a big hit. We ended up getting a banana-flavored cake and it was AMAZING!

This is definitely the best money I have ever spent on a gift, he felt so special and loved.

We moved to Washington from OC and searched for a cake shop to deliver to Irvine for my father’s 92nd birthday, he does love desserts! Thought this would make his day special and boy did it. Ordered him a dozen cupcakes, and the OH-EM-GEE pack arrived on time and was beautiful. He was so happy and said they were too appetizing to share. Never got a good picture, he ate them too quickly. This is definitely the best money I have ever spent on a gift, he felt so special and loved. We will definitely use them again as they were so professional, not to mention they make great cupcakes! Thank you for making Arnold’s birthday one that he will remember.

It was excellent service for us! My family is very, very grateful we had Patty’s Cakes to make our daughter Lizzie’s 17th birthday cake and unveiling of her record label (LS Records) very, very memorable. The cake was simple yet, classy and elegant! Our family believes in the saying “Less is More”! And to top it all, it was very, very, very delicious! We got married at Rancho Los Lomas and were lucky enough to have Patty’s provide our cake. Not only did the cake turn out beautiful, but the flavors were out of this world amazing. We did 3 tiers (strawberry/banana, chocolate/oreo and white/raspberry). Each and every guest came up to tell us how delicious the cake was. From the tasting to the delivery of the cake…everything was perfect. The staff was very friendly and communicative. I would absolutely recommend Patty’s for any occasion. Even on a casual weekday, their cake balls are a delicious treat.

We love Patty’s and we’re so glad we got the wedding cake from there!

We learned about their mini cupcakes from our friends and they are the best cupcakes I’ve had. So we decided to go there for a cake tasting for our wedding.

The cake tasting was free and super fun, they let you choose different flavors to try on, and the girl there was always helpful. We ordered a semi-naked cake with two different flavors and it was a big hit. We also ordered cupcakes for our wedding and all the guests loved both the wedding cake and the cupcakes. The cake tasted super fresh and moist on the wedding day, just exactly like the cupcakes they normally sell at the store. And thanks to our florist, she makes the cake extra pretty!

Thank you Patty’s for the super yummy and beautiful cake and professional handling for our wedding!

I used Patty’s Cakes for my wedding last year and it was amazing! Exactly what I wanted as far as the look, not to mention the deliciousness of the cake itself. We chose Red Velvet with Cream Cheese frosting and it was moist and flavorful. And they delivered on time! Would definitely recommend them for any wedding or special event, or even just for a treat.

We had our wedding reception at Orange Hill. We worked with Patty’s for our custom cake order. We chose a lemon-flavored cake with guava fruit filling… delicious and moist! Our tasting appointment was fun, and the staff was very friendly. The final product was simple yet elegant and just what was ordered. After our wedding, we actually received a few compliments on the cake! Highly recommended, thank you.

These are the best cupcakes I’ve ever had in my life. The frosting is flavorful, smooth, and just the right amount of sweet – as in they’re not overly sugary as most frostings tend to be. The frosting is also piped fresh, and they are very generous with it. Just the right amount in a nice swirl so that each bite is perfectly balanced with its light and fluffy cupcake base.

We used Patty’s Cakes for our wedding and it was the best decision we made! Our guests loved it and we ran out of cake! We chose two flavors but the most popular was the butter pecan cake with chocolate fudge and cream cheese filling. I would highly recommend this flavor combo. This bakery is amazing! I ordered my birthday cake here and I was beyond impressed with the number of flavors they have for the cake and cake fillings. The frosting is nice and fluffy and the cake is moist and fluffy too, it’s fantastic to say my family will be buying cakes from this bakery for as many birthdays as we can celebrate.

We served Patty’s Cupcakes at my son’s engagement party. They were a hit! First, ordering online was easy and we live in their delivery zone. Two boxes of cupcakes were delivered on time and they were perfectly packaged (No smooshed or marred ones). We had such a variety of flavors. Everyone enjoyed them. They ended our day on a sweet note. Highly recommended!

We ordered 2 cakes in a 2-week span. Loved them both. Our little one’s cake was so good, that I ordered another cake for our teen. 2nd cake we ordered with plenty of time, so it was also delivered. Great service, great cakes…we found our new go-to cake place.

I was getting married and started searching for a place to purchase my wedding cake from. My venue recommended Patty’s Cakes. I did my research and found a lot of good reviews for this place. One day we were around the area and stopped by. Although we didn’t have an appointment the event coordinator took the time to explain the process. She recommended that we book an appointment online for cake tasting. We came back for that and got to try 3 cake flavors with many different fillings. Everything was super tasty. We booked on the spot. We ordered a cake for 125 guests. It ended up being 3 layers and a cake sheet. 4 different flavors. The cake was delivered on time and they even helped decorate the cake with the flowers my florist provided. The cake was simple but beautiful. So many guests told us the cake was delicious. And I agree. I had leftovers that I took home and ate for the next few days. The cake stayed moist and was delicious until the last bite. Would totally recommend this place.

The cake was indeed very soft and melts in your mouth.

Went online and ordered a standard chocolate chip cake (with added customizations of writing and image printed on frosting). Scheduled to pick up the cake 2 days later on a Saturday at 10:30 AM; there was a small line but it moved quickly! I kept the cake in the fridge all day until an hour or so before serving to let it soften. The cake was indeed very soft and melts in your mouth. The frosting/filling in the center was super light and not all sugary/grainy like a grocery store bakery cake. It was a huge hit with everyone. My sister got emotional when she saw the cake design. The image came out super cute and clean! Will definitely be ordering my cakes from here from now on :)

The best experience I could’ve asked for when it came to wedding cake tasting. We made an appointment and it was a great process, we were given time to look at photos and try different cake flavors and ultimately my fiancé (now husband) designed and bought our wedding cake right then and there. At the wedding when it came time to cut the cake it was so beautiful and it tasted great! Patty’s is also really budget-friendly when it comes to wedding cakes, we ordered a 3-tier cake and the remaining in sheet cakes to save money. Overall, we had an amazing experience at Patty’s!

We got married at AVCC in Placentia and Patty’s Cakes was one of two of the cake vendors they recommended and included in their package. For us, the main thing we looked at was taste and aesthetics. If that’s what you want then would recommend Patty’s! A few people told us how good the cake was, not too sweet. We got chocolate cake and the filling that the person who we did the tasting with recommended. You’re able to choose 3 different cakes and fillings for the three tiers. Patty’s Cakes were yummy and the staff was professional. I would order from them again, especially for special occasions where there are a lot of people to serve.

Their cake was delicious and the frosting was light and fluffy.

I attended an event at my customer’s event yesterday and these were given away. I tried the salted Caramel/chocolate, Oreo, and strawberry. These were delicious!! They offered ten different kinds and I grabbed three for my Dad and me. The frosting was thick and sweet. The cupcakes were soft and moist. I’m glad I am nowhere near Fullerton often, or I would be in trouble. Lol.

We first had Patty’s Cakes at a friend’s wedding and it was so good we wanted to have their cake and cupcakes at our wedding. We had a large number of guests, so we rented their display stand to hold hundreds of cupcakes (see pictures). The cupcakes were not only delicious but also looked great as seen in the picture attached. Our guests loved them. It’s also easier to have cupcakes as guests often don’t finish their cake and we felt having cupcakes would reduce waste.

Fresh, moist cupcakes! I was gifted a box of four cupcakes for my birthday a few weeks ago from a loved one, and they were all delightful. The box included S’Mores, the Elvis, Lemon Bliss, and Chocolate Caramel. Out of the four, my favorite was the Elvis (that peanut butter mousse with bacon bits on top was amazing!) I definitely want to try their red velvet line and different types of chocolate cupcakes next time. Definitely keep them cool because the mousse did melt quite a bit. However, they were really cute, super fresh, and not too overwhelmingly sweet.
