My husband and I had the honor of having Patty’s Cakes make the cake for our wedding. They were very friendly during the tasting, and helped us in our decision for flavors!
We went with a semi-frosted cake for the rustic look, and my mother-in-law decorated it with flowers. We had many guests compliment us on the cake, and how yummy it was! They were very punctual on delivering the cake to the venue, and helpful when we had questions.
We highly recommend going with Patty’s Cakes for your wedding day!
The flavors taste very fresh and not fake.

Patty’s has the friendliest staff and best cupcakes around. The best part is if you’re part of their email club, you get 2 free cupcakes for your birthday. I use this to try to new flavors. I haven’t had one flavor I didn’t like so far. The flavors taste very fresh and not fake. Picture is the Eclair “mouth watering yummy” and The lemon bliss. These have been my two favorites so far. The Elvis is delicious if you want something different and traditional vanilla fudge if you want a traditional yet tasty cupcake. I think the best thing I noticed that day was that each customer was commented on something. I was complimented on my hair and the lady behind me was complimented on her dress. It’s the small customer service things that can make a difference in someone’s days and makes a good impression on others as well. I highly suggest you go for mini cupcakes, regular cupcakes or cakes. They have some gluten free options as well.

Ordered for Valentine’s, online ordering was easy, communication was great throughout, even got a text when driver was on his way and when he arrived. Super friendly driver. The cupcakes and cookies were all delicious. My favorite cupcake was peanut butter, his favorite was red velvet or smores. Will definitely be ordering again!

I got these as a gift for Valentine’s Day and I was so excited to try them. They all tasted very good but my favorite flavors are the pina colada and red velvet. It wasn’t too sweet and the frosting was the perfect ratio to the cupcake. I can’t wait to go back and try out all of the other flavors.

Decided to try a new place for delicious treats. I’m glad that I was able to find them there in the Fullerton location area which isn’t too far. I really enjoy this establishment; its vibrant colors tasty treats and yummy desserts are definitely the die for. Their customer service was excellent and I was very excited to try their cupcakes as they had many awards as being one of the best places for desserts. Order the strawberry cupcake, it’s very good, fresh, moist, and delicious. Also order the piña colada. Looking forward to having that and also a snickerdoodle. I highly recommend this place. If you have a sweet tooth and you’re in a mood for a great cupcake, I highly recommend this location.

Patty’s Cakes made our wedding cake! The cake was so delicious and we had many compliments on it! The tasting was also complimentary and very easy to schedule. They do require you to return the stands within the cake. They warned us several times, but I still forgot. So make sure to make a note of that!

I have been a customer to Patty’s Cakes for years! I’ve ordered their cupcakes and cakes for everything from birthdays to baby showers, and they never disappoint. When it was time to get married, I knew we had to sign up for a tasting. Philip walked us through the different flavor combinations and in the end we settled on the vanilla cake with vanilla Bavarian custard…a simple and clean profile where you can really taste the ingredients. But you can’t go wrong with the other flavors! I’ve always loved the chocolate cake with chocolate chip mousse, but I think after the tasting, the chocolate cake paired with Nutella mousse was absolutely divine. I also love the cream cheese mousse, but wish it had a stronger cream cheese taste (I guess it’s good if you want it on the lighter side). My husband doesn’t like overly sweet things, and isn’t a big dessert person, but he LOVED the cake here. Definitely check out Patty’s Cakes and see for yourself!

Patty’s Cakes are amazing! We did a cake tasting a few months before our wedding & Philip was super helpful during the process. We got a 2 tier cake that was strawberry with vanilla custard.
Our favorite flavor is lemon and raspberry, the mixture of the two was well balanced.

Cake was not too sweet for me which we like. Our favorite flavor is lemon and raspberry, the mixture of the two was well balanced. Their white cream frosting was yummy and not too sweet.

It’s always a treat going here! The food is amazing, and so is the customer service. One of my favorite things to get is the Bag-O-Cake. By ordering it, I was recently able to try the butter pecan cake for the first time – and it is amazing! Never thought I’d be interested in the flavor, but now I can’t get enough of it.
The peanut butter mousse is so light and airy.

I ordered 4 cupcakes: The Elvis, Chocolate w/Oreo Mousse, Very Berry Strawberry, and Lemon Drop. Overall, I was very happy with the flavors.
I wish there was more bacon with The Elvis. Once I took a bite of everything, all you really taste is peanut butter. Mind you, I’d bathe in the peanut butter mousse. So light and airy.
The chocolate filling on the chocolate cupcake was heavenly. Didn’t care for the Oreo frosting as much.
With the strawberry frosting, it tasted like plain whipped frosting.
The lemon was my favorite. Nice and tart.

You walk into the cutest bakery you’ve ever seen and are greeted by sweet (pun intended) and helpful staff. They take your order for birthday and wedding cakes, cupcakes, cake balls, cookies and more – you even get to order GF and vegan items. They ring you up with a price you can’t beat. You take your desserts to their final destination, but make sure to grab a few before they’re put out, because they disappear FAST. Then you realize you’re addicted and become a Patty’s customer for life. That is your experience here and I’d give it a million stars if I could.
The quality is top-tier and the taste is delicious.

Great cake – very moist, perfect flavor combination of raspberry and lemon, and accommodating service! We were out of state the entire time planning our wedding, and Patty’s Cakes was willing to work with my parents and do the tasting with them, and work with our ever changing wedding day timeline. We highly recommend them to anyone looking for an affordable but incredible cake – both in taste and appearance. I asked for 3/4 nude cake and they let us put our own flowers and it was gorgeous. I gave Patty’s a try and ordered their mini vegan assorted cupcakes for my birthday weekend! They were so delicious and the frosting was the perfect amount of sweet. There was just a little too much frosting for my personal preference and I didn’t know they had filling inside, but they were still phenomenal! I would definitely recommend Patty’s for vegan desserts!

Yum! I should note, I am not vegan nor gluten free but my sister and family are so I was trying to find some cupcakes for their upcoming visit. In my experience, gluten free and vegan baked goods can be hit or miss so I personally didn’t expect much…but these were delicious!! So many flavor options to choose from and everyone loved them, I quickly realized I should have purchased more.

We chose Patty’s Cakes to cater our wedding cake after doing a tasting and we couldn’t be happier with our choice. The tasting process was incredibly fun. We got to choose 3 different cake flavors and a variety of different fillings. Every combination was so delicious, and we ultimately chose to do the vanilla cake with strawberry and custard filling. We absolutely loved how the wedding cake tasted! I’m usually not a fan of wedding cakes because they tend to be too sweet, but this cake was not too sweet and was moist and light. A lot of guests commented on how good the cake was! The cake by itself was beautiful as well. We’re so glad we went with Patty’s Cakes for our wedding cake!

Wonderful bakery! Our wedding venue works with Patty’s Cakes and we are so glad! Our tasting appointment was exciting and Patty was there to guide us in flavor combinations and designs. The tasting was so warm and enjoyable. We left being big fans of Patty’s cakes. The frosting is light and the cake is wonderful. Our wedding cake had strawberry, lemon, and white cake. The cupcake combinations are delicious and when we took some home after our tasting, we called to alter our original choices to be closer to the cupcake flavors. The staff was friendly and accommodating and we will be back soon!

I wanted a special birthday treat for my son living in Irvine. I live on the east coast and found Patty’s online. Everyone at Patty’s was super responsive, unusually pleasant in these trying times, and easy to work with. We had Patty’s Cakes cater our wedding cake cupcakes and it was perfect. We did the lemon cake with raspberry filling. It was absolutely delicious. They were great at delivery and they were just always so nice. I think I called Philip about 40 times no exaggeration and not once did he answer the phone with frustration or annoyance in his voice. We set this all up before the pre-pandemic when they were still doing cake tastings and i’m not lying at all when I say the cake tasting experience was the funnest part of the wedding planning. Patty was awesome! We felt like brides for the first time in her office. Unfortunately, our photographers didn’t get the most amazing shots but here are the best ones. Thank you Patty’s Cakes for being one of the only things to go perfect in the wedding.
