Delicious cake! Scheduled a tasting ended up ordering coconut cake with pineapple filling, and white cake with guava cream cheese filling. We loved it and so did our guests! The cakes were moist and yummy! We kept the top tier for ourselves and enjoyed it the next day so glad we did! Overall communication was easy and we had the cake delivered. I’d definitely order from them again! Patty’s nor our florist put flowers on cakes so we had our wedding coordinator do it so it worked out and our cake looked amazing!

Amazing deserts & service!
I received a Patty’s Cakes gift card from a friend a few years ago, but never used it. I remembered having Patty’s Cakes at a work function and everything was delicious! So I decided to order for my birthday. Since they have a new online card & ordering process my gift card was a little tricky. I went in and ordered 2 doz mini cupcakes and they honored the gift card with no problems. Eryka at the front counter was so helpful and sweet! Will definitely be ordering again!

The best! These cupcakes were the perfect treat for my wife’s birthday. I selected the vegan option as she just had her gallbladder removed and these would be the safer option. I have ordered cupcakes and mini cupcakes from Patty’s Cakes and Desserts. Every time people ask me where I bought them and ask for a link. They are not too sweet and yet perfectly balanced sweet to quench your sugar cravings. The cake portion is moist and mouse on top is soft with each flavor is well balanced. I ordered variety of flavors and they all have been delicious. They offer variety of flavors and gluten free and vegan options, which is great to accommodate people with dietary restrictions. Some of my friends have dietary restrictions and they all rave about how great they taste. I am picky with cupcakes and they indeed taste good. I love how they offer mix of dozens that you can pick up to 4 flavors and I ordered mix of dozens for mini cupcakes and they are great to bring to gatherings and parties. Some of my favorites are chocolate caramel salty, red velvet with cream cheese, lemon dazzle, blueberry bliss, and the most interesting and clever flavor – the Elvis! I ordered cupcakes from them numerous times and they are always consistently delicious. So happy to have such an amazing cakes and desserts place nearby.

Cupcake texture is good. Does lack a bit of flavor the cupcake itself. Frosting is ok. Best one was the chocolate cupcake, but not as rich and indulgent as you’d expect from a chocolate cupcake. Red Velvet tasted like a white sheet cake. Lemon wasn’t as lemony. The only lemon you get is from the doughnut filling they put on top. So 4 * is a very reasonable rating. I’d go again. They were good.

We loved our wedding cake! 🎂 We chose strawberry cake with guava filling and coconut cake with mango filling for our two-tiered cake. I was a little nervous since we hadn’t tried any of their cakes before. We wanted tropical flavors that reminded us of our Hawaii home and it did not disappoint. Loveddddddd the way the cake turned out! My brother has been wanting one of these cakes for his 25th birthday and I just had to! I ordered the cake on Sunday and they were able to make it in just 5 days. I feel like that’s crazy for how busy they are! But anyways it is a bit on the pricey side but it was worth it because the cake was rich and moist and there’s no fondant (which I hate).

Well, what a perfect substitute for a Valentine’s hug when you’re thousands of miles away! Every time I’ve ordered from Patty’s the product and service have been perfection, from the initial ordering (if you have a problem with the complicated order form, just call and place a phone order…they are SO nice!) to the delivery, communicating every step of the way. I do a lot of online ordering and I can absolutely say without hesitation that Patty’s has the best product and service one could hope for. Also, it is so easy to add a note, and it comes as a separate piece of paper in an envelope, not hidden in the address label (no thank you Amazon and Instacart!). I’m not sure how their local delivery can be flawless every time for a product as delicate as cupcakes, but it is and it’s the best delivery fee around!

My only wishes/feedback are the following:
1. That someone would have contacted me about the writing on top to let me know some of it would be hard to see because of it blending in with the color of the cake, and
2. The chocolate and strawberry mouse fillings were a bit subtle. It’s nice to have a cake that is not overly sweet, but I think a little more flavor would have really helped the overall taste.
Aside from that, I was very happy with my cake and that it could be made vegan! Best of all, it made my sister so happy, which means more to me than anything. Thank you so much, Patty’s staff!

Went for a wedding cake tasting on a Friday evening and parking was a bit of a hassle but we managed to find a spot.
My appointment was at 4 and the couple in front of us was running a bit late so we were taken in about 20 minutes past our appointment time, but I know that wasn’t their fault.
But I stood at the front waiting to be greeted or at least asked why I was there, and 10 minutes passed and no one even bothered to see if I needed to be assisted. I literally had to call the business while I was standing in it, in order to get some assistance. That’s not good!!! Once I was able to talk to someone, they directed me to where I was going to be doing the tasting and that’s also when I was informed that the couple in front of us was running late.
Once we were taken to the cake tasting room, Kelly (I believe) was the woman who helped us with the cake tasting and she was very helpful and had such a great personality. The cakes we tried were very moist and flavorful. She was very attentive and answered our questions. So all that went great.

Since the cake was good. Hopefully the front steps up their customs service and they would have a solid 5 stars!
