We got our wedding cake from Patty’s Cakes and we were so happy with it! The taste was a 10/10 so delicious, moist, and not too sweet- just perfect! I ordered a cake for my sister-in-law’s 30th birthday and it turned out soooo good!!! The cake was so moist and soft!! I LOVE that they use like whipped frosting for all the decorations and not fondant!! I also ordered online and never spoke to a store representative until I picked up the cake and it still came out EXACTLY how I wanted it! Also the people upfront were sooo nice and efficient when I came and got the cake! Really 10/10 experience

Patty’s cakes made the cake for our wedding!!!
We hadn’t heard of Patty’s Cakes before but we were referred to them by our venue and oh boy am I glad we used them.
Our wedding was a bit of a challenge because we had a lot of guests with dietary restrictions. I myself have Celiac, while my wife does not and they were more than happy to accommodate us.
First though, I want to describe the tasting experience. They brought out gluten free cupcakes and gave us tastings of all the different possible combinations, to find the perfect match. It was a LOT of fun. They also had a book with all the different ways they could finish our cake and give it the look we wanted.
Initially we were going to make the whole cake gluten-free, because I was worried that was the only way to keep the cake safe for me and the other 5 guests that all had Celiac. Ultimately however we found that the gluten free cake couldn’t structurally support a cake of the size we needed, so we decided to make only the top gluten-free. They handled it with such care though, none of us had any reaction whatsoever. I don’t even understand how that’s possible! I guess they were just really careful!
The cake was DELICIOUS! The cake itself was rich and moist, while the frosting was unbelievably light and airy. It’s almost more like a whipped cream in terms of density than a traditional frosting. This was absolutely perfect for a wedding! It wasn’t as heavy as other cakes I have had before.
We also got a great arrangement of cookies and cupcakes, including vegan cupcakes for our guests that were vegan.
Oh and the kicker? Instead of having to freeze the top layer to eat a year later, which is apparently tradition. We didn’t have to worry about that because they included a free cake one year from our wedding! What other bakery have you heard of that does something like that!?!? This is such a great idea!!

We ordered our wedding cake through Patty’s Cakes and Desserts, and everything from start to finish went very smoothly and professionally. The process for cake tastings was so fun amidst all the other planning responsibilities it felt like a nice, enjoyable break. It was very systematic and we had a hard time choosing our cake because everything tasted so good! And this is actually so important because I am not a huge fan of cakes. I was able to enjoy both the texture and flavor of everything I tried that day as well as on our wedding day.

Delicious cake! Scheduled a tasting ended up ordering coconut cake with pineapple filling, and white cake with guava cream cheese filling. We loved it and so did our guests! The cakes were moist and yummy! We kept the top tier for ourselves and enjoyed it the next day so glad we did! Overall communication was easy and we had the cake delivered. I’d definitely order from them again! Patty’s nor our florist put flowers on cakes so we had our wedding coordinator do it so it worked out and our cake looked amazing!

Amazing deserts & service!
I received a Patty’s Cakes gift card from a friend a few years ago, but never used it. I remembered having Patty’s Cakes at a work function and everything was delicious! So I decided to order for my birthday. Since they have a new online card & ordering process my gift card was a little tricky. I have ordered cupcakes and mini cupcakes from Patty’s Cakes and Desserts. Every time people ask me where I bought them and ask for a link. They are not too sweet and yet perfectly balanced sweet to quench your sugar cravings. The cake portion is moist and mouse on top is soft with each flavor is well balanced. I ordered variety of flavors and they all have been delicious. They offer variety of flavors and gluten free and vegan options, which is great to accommodate people with dietary restrictions. Some of my friends have dietary restrictions and they all rave about how great they taste. I am picky with cupcakes and they indeed taste good. I love how they offer mix of dozens that you can pick up to 4 flavors and I ordered mix of dozens for mini cupcakes and they are great to bring to gatherings and parties. Some of my favorites are chocolate caramel salty, red velvet with cream cheese, lemon dazzle, blueberry bliss, and the most interesting and clever flavor – the Elvis! I ordered cupcakes from them numerous times and they are always consistently delicious. So happy to have such an amazing cakes and desserts place nearby.

Cupcake texture is good. Does lack a bit of flavor the cupcake itself. Frosting is ok. Best one was the chocolate cupcake, but not as rich and indulgent as you’d expect from a chocolate cupcake. Red Velvet tasted like a white sheet cake. Lemon wasn’t as lemony. The only lemon you get is from the doughnut filling they put on top. So 4 * is a very reasonable rating. I’d go again. They were good.

We loved our wedding cake! 🎂 We chose strawberry cake with guava filling and coconut cake with mango filling for our two-tiered cake.
