We’re here in the US from Australia for a family event, and needed a cake for a special occasion. We selected Patty’s based on the reviews, and OMG… we were not disappointed. I just had had had to have some of the cake balls, and of course a dozen cupcakes. never in my life have I tasted such yumminess, the cake so light and moist and full of flavour! I wish you guys were in Sydney, because then I’m sure I’d be a regular customer!!! Worth the flight from Australia for sure!

Ok, so Patty’s Cakes is about to be my new favorite bakery.
One day I was on Facebook, and I kept seeing an advertisement post for Patty’s Cake and which of my friends “like” the business. The post was an advertisement for receiving 2 free cupcakes for your birthday. Being that my birthday was a few weeks away, I signed up to receive emails and receive 2 free cupcakes. I was planning a birthday gathering with some friends and wanted to have cupcakes, so I was like “Well since I’m going to get 2 free cupcakes, I may as well order my cupcakes from Patty’s”. I was a little nervous as I had never tasted the cupcakes before…I ordered 13 cupcakes- each cupcake was a different flavor. When my guests ate their cupcake, they raved about how yummy the cupcakes were.
These cupcakes were so moist and the frosting wasn’t too sweet. My favorites were anything with their cream cheese mousse frosting lol. If I had to recommend any cupcake, I would say red velvet, lemon drop, pumpkin chocolate chip (seasonal flavor), and salted caramel. But again, all of them were so tasty.
Like I said, this is now my new favorite bakery. I will definitely be ordering from Patty’s again.
Oh, and in addition to getting 2 free cupcakes, I ordered through Yelp and got a $5 discount on my order (that’s any order over $14).

I had a list of 6 different cake places to try for my wedding. Patty’s won my heart by a long shot. The other places took a while to get back to me and Patty’s was at our service right away. We scheduled a tasting and they had a room in the bakery especially for wedding tastings. We got to look through a picture book of different wedding cakes and taste a variety of flavors. We were one on one with a wedding cake specialist and he was informative as well as entertaining & funny to talk to! We went with cookies and cream with vanilla buttercream frosting. It was a beautiful cake and tasted delicious, too!

Cant wait to try some other flavors. I was impressed with the light and fluffy neapolitan cupcake… the strawberry and chocolate whipped frosting on my cupcake was delicious, light and creamy. Loved the cake portion of the cupcake, I could taste a hint of some fabulous extract in the perfectly moist vanilla cake.
Service was quick, my cupcakes were frosted and boxed in a jiffy.

All I can say is a huge THANK YOU to Patty’s Cakes for making such a wonderful cake for my friends baby shower. The whole process of ordering the cake went completely smoothly, and everyone at the bakery was very helpful and extremely friendly. I called twice with a few questions, and both times I was met with excellent service. We chose a two tier round naked style red velvet cake with cream cheese frosting and it was delicious. The cake and icing were perfect, not overly rich or sweet but very moist and tasty. Just a side note, we added the flowers and cake topper since the bakery doesn’t add fresh flowers but we didn’t mind. The only downside to this whole process was that our shower was on a Sunday so we had to pick up the cake Saturday (since they’re closed Sundays) and find space for it to be refrigerated overnight. So if you’re having a party on Sunday and need your cake then, make sure you have space to store it! Besides this, everything was flawless, the mama to be enjoyed the cake and everyone was happy!

Delicious! Patty’s Cakes was a recommended vendor through our venue Coyote Hills. The cake was included in our package and we could choose between three different bakeries. We went to Patty’s Cakes first and didn’t even try any of the others, they were delicious! We opted for a small cake for us to cut and then cake balls and cupcakes. When we went to the tasting, they were very helpful and we loved everything. My only regret is that I didn’t get a chance to eat more of it at the wedding! (Tip to future brides: give yourself the time to eat the delicious cake!)

The staff were very patient as I decided on a flavor from their extensive menu, it’s great that they have every flavor available every day! The mousse topping on the cupcakes is not sweet and makes for a very light treat, no sugar rush! But maybe not the thing you want when you’re in crazy all-out-gotta-have-something-sweet mode. I like that they have every flavor available in gluten free, sets them apart from other cupcake shops. Will definitely be coming back to try the other flavors!

This is now our forever cupcake/cake place. Everyone at Patty’s is so nice! We went in to do a cake tasting for our wedding and Phillip was so nice and informative. We left our cake tasting with cupcakes because the flavors we had tried were so good. The frosting on the cakes isn’t overly sweet and the cake is always moist and they will also let you customize your cupcakes if you want to. Everything went smoothly and our wedding cake and cupcakes were perfect. We have gone back multiple times now to buy cupcakes either for occasions or just because we were in the mood for cupcakes and they never fail.

We got our wedding cake from here. We were looking for a cake that is not super sugary but still flavorful. We had several cake places lined up to visit, and as soon as we tasted their cake, we canceled the rest of cake tasting appointments because we felt we didn’t need to look further. If you are looking for good moist cake/cupcakes with fluffy/airy perfectly/lightly sweetened whipped cream-like frosting(not a fan of butter cream frosting) – something that are not just completely just loaded with sugar- this is your place. We got banana cake with cream cheese frosting(more like dense whipped cream with hint of cream cheese notes) + chocolate chips..and all the guests complimented on our cake. We went back few times already to get cupcakes after out wedding already, and we will continue to visit. I’m craving one right now. Yummmm!

We selected Patty’s cakes for our wedding last May. It was a raspberry/lemon flavor. When questioned about where we were getting our wedding cake, and answering “Patty’s Cakes in Fullerton”, there were only favorable “ooo’s” and “aahhhs.” When delivered, the cake did NOT disappoint. My husband and I were recommended to Patty’s cakes through our venue orange hill restaurant. On our first visit to Patty’s cakes we got to sit down with Phil and have a cake tasting & go over cake size, flavors, & decorations. Phil made the process so simple by taking us through each step. We were happy with what we selected that day. The day of the wedding came and the cake was amazing. I can’t tell you enough how many compliments we got about the cake. We chose a lemon cake with Bavarian filling and people who weren’t even lemon cake fans loved it. Patty’s cakes did such an amazing job we couldn’t be happier. Our cake cutting experience was amazing we made it a big deal at our wedding. We didn’t quite do a complete smashing of the cake on our partner but we did get a bit on our face. I would highly recommend Patty’s cake to anyone looking to have some delicious cake at their wedding!

We are So happy we chose Patty’s Cakes to provide the dessert for our wedding! There are no words to describe how happy we were with the way our wedding cake turned out! Patty’s Cakes is simply amazing. We set an appointment online to come in and sample different cakes and flavors and let me tell you none of them disappointed. There were so many possible combinations it was great. I had a picture with what we wanted our wedding cake to turn out like and that’s exactly how it showed up on our wedding day. The entire process was flawless and we never had to worry if our cake would be at our venue on time or not. Our guests loved our cake and I fell in love the moment I saw our cake on our wedding day. They let us come in for cake tasting and it was so hard to choose the flavor we wanted since they were all soooo good! Our wedding cake came out delicious the day of and it looked beautiful! The pictures didnt do it enough justice. Also, their customer service is amazing and their pricing is very reasonable. 5/5 stars for me. :)
