Cute Cakes for Baby Showers

Placed an order on July 11th for my friends baby shower on July 29th. I had email correspondence with Christina and she was really informative and quick to reply. She made the ordering process so easy and gave me price options, fillings, and delivery pickup times. Since they are closed on Sundays I was able to pick up the cake on Saturday night so it was ready for the baby shower on Sunday morning. I was quoted $59.99 for a red velvet cake with one filling (we chose cream cheese mousse) and decorated for the baby shower. The pickup was quick and efficient, and the cake looked so cute!! It was also very yummy and I am not a big fan of cake in general. I will definitely order cakes through Patty’s in the future!

My husband and I had Patty’s Cakes and Desserts make our cake for our wedding reception. The service we received via email communication and customer service at the shop was amazing. The responses were quick and they are so helpful. Going in for our cake tasting was such a great experience and so fun!! On the day of our reception, our cake turned out EXACTLY how we imagined it. It was so beautiful and better yet, it tasted delicious and everyone was a fan!!

I highly recommend using them for any occasion, especially wedding. You will not be disappointed!!

My first experience at Patty’s was so wonderful. Came with my roommate about 25 minutes before closing and we still had the best service and the cupcakes HOLY SMOKES! So Yummy! Definitely coming back!

We live in the Bay Area but we were celebrating my sons 40th birthday at a party in LA. My son found your site on the web picked his flavors and I ordered 14 of each flavor that he wanted!!!! WOW lots of faith, with that big of an order, that the cupcakes would be good…..they were better than good, they were DELICIOUS!!!!!!! OMG.
My son and I, trained in cooking and baking were thrilled with the cupcakes. As a cake decorator I used a light frosting as you use, so was overjoyed to find a cupcake that was not sickly sweet with the feeling of shortening in my mouth!!! The many guests from the OC were not familiar with your bakery BUT now are!!!!! Thank you so much for delivering such goodness !!

Patty’s cakes exceeded my expectations. I was looking for a last minute personalized cake for my husband. I know, personalized anything is almost impossible to order on short notice. After calling many places and almost losing hope. I received a return call from Patty’s cakes. They had a last minute option which was choosing one of their already made cakes and adding a photo. It was great! My husband loved it and the photo was of high quality. Thank you Patty’s Cakes!!!! You guys saved my husband’s special day. Not to mention the staff, they were very kind and understood my worry.

This is probably my favorite bakery because the cakes and cupcakes and everything they make is fresh. Also I met the baker and he’s so nice and helpful. They make everything from cakes to cookies and any sweets you need for your party. I ordered cupcakes for a graduation party and they were so delicious and looked so beautiful!

Ordered a cake for my wedding at Los Coyotes. I wanted a 2 tiered naked cake and Patty’s met my expectations. The cake looked nice and tasted good. I ate my leftover cake for a wk after the wedding. The cake is really moist and not too sweet. I was able to test out their flavors and ended up choosing the raspberry cream and lemon. They were able to deliver without any issues. FYI they don’t deliver on Sundays unless you order the cake through your venue.

Delicious cupcakes with a huge variety of flavors and frosting combinations. The lemon razzle is super delicious and so are the chocolate chip cookies. If you want to order a specialty cake place your order at least 3 weeks in advance as they book up really fast. I have never had a bad experience here and have always had a yummy dessert.

Very expensive cupcakes!!! I don’t think I have ever spent $3 for a tiny cupcake before. But after taking a bite into the cupcakes then I understood the cost. The cream is very silky and the cupcakes are moist. They even taste good after being refrigerated for a few days. The cream filling is a nice surprise. Even though it is kind of expensive, this is my go-to place if I want a cupcake!!!

I had hired Patty’s cake for my wedding in December 2017. The day of the appointment for cake tasting they take out cupcakes filled with your choices of toppings, I had picked Raspberry & Bavarian Custard…. OMG, both together are very DELICIOUS and highly recommended for any event or party. Loved every detailed of the cake when they outline how it will look. The day of the wedding they showed up a couple minutes early which is a plus, and everyone loved the cake some even went back to get more cake. Thank you Patty and Philip for your everything!

I recently got married and Patty Cakes was our cake vendor.

Philip was straight to the point and only contacted us when he needed something. Now there are some people that want constant updates but that is not us. With the wedding planning craze, I really appreciated that they handled things on their own without bother us too much. Philip knows the ins and outs of wedding cakes so you do not need to worry about the logistics.

On the day of our wedding, I completely forgot about the wedding cake but once we finished our ceremony, I saw them carrying down the beautiful cake for reception.

I highly recommend Patty Cake’s for not just wedding’s but for any special event that requires a delicious and beautiful cake. I will definitely be back for my next marriage ;)

I came in on June 30th to pick up a cake for my daughter’s birthday . Since we have heard so many great things about this place, we decided on giving it a shot. I googled best cupcakes and Patty’s came up so decided to try. There really isn’t any parking lot so we parked on street. My family had the confetti cakes balls and I had the banana cupcake with peanut butter icing. The service was fast and cupcakes are iced upon ordering, also very reasonably priced.

Such a cute shop! I ordered 2 dozen mini cupcakes for my daughters 3rd bday. Loved all the variety of flavors! Especially how they frost them on the spot. I tried the chocolate chip cookie at the counter and it was the BEST CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIE I have ever had!!! Must try! I definitely will be using Patty’s cakes for all my future cakes/desserts.

Patty’s Cakes was amazing to work with! My husband and I had the most fun creating the cake during our tasting. The best part is they did not hinder our creativity. We still receive compliments today (9 months later) about how amazing the cake was. We definitely plan to make it a tradition to stop into Patty’s Cakes and pickup cupcakes every time we come back into town.

This place was awesome! I ordered twice from this place in a matter of a month because the cake was so delicious and for what it’s worth is a deal! Gourmet cakes you and have a huge variety and is super creative and delicious! The only thing I wasn’t too keen on was that they don’t put real flowers on the cake when I pulled what I wanted straight from there website so I added the flowers myself. However, overall the price and cakes are amazing every time I brought them I got nothing but compliments. I found a new bakery that’s for sure.

Have always driven by Patty’s but never once did I stop by for a snack…So so glad I did after all these times. Discovered Patty’s through Yelps and went there immediately that night, 30 min prior to their closing. The reviews and rumors were all true. Even at the end of the night, their cupcakes ARE still moist and delicious. Their cream cheese mousse is so light and not too sweet, perfect balance. Their selections are endless, so sad I could only walk away with 4…for now. Guess I’ve found my new sweet-tooth craving spot. =)

Our cake was honestly the best part of our wedding. On a day where everything, and I mean everything, went sideways, our cake from Patty’s is something my lovely wife and I talk about to this day.
Helping us visualize what style we wanted was straightforward and pleasurable, the cost and time frame were more than reasonable, and it holds a solid first place for most delicious confectionery I’ve ever had.
Patty’s, I hope you do birthdays, because we intend to enjoy your services for as long as we stay in southern California.
