I have always wanted to use Patty’s Cakes for my wedding cake ever since I tasted them for the first time! When we picked our wedding venue and they handed us recommended cake vendors and I saw them on the list I knew it was meant to be! They made the cake tasting and decorating process so easy! Amazing cakes and great customer service! We purchased one of the 10″ chocolate cakes for my Dad’s birthday and it was amazing! Just the right amount of moistness and sweetness. We also bought a chocolate strawberry mousse cupcake. Both did not disappoint. This will definitely be our “go to” place for cakes and desserts from now on.

I really loved their Chocolate Carmel Salty and the Chocolate Raspberry ones. They just melt in your mouth. These cupcakes are over the top. They not only taste great but look great as well. I could eat one or two a day but my figure says no. Next visit I am going to look into a cake. I have read such incredible comments on their cakes. I have tried so many of the cupcakes and never been disappointed. Thank you Patty’s Cakes.

I get these cupcakes at least once a month to reward my office staff for their hard work. These cupcakes are amazing! They are very moist, not too sweet and available in many delicious flavors. I have ordered large amounts for baby showers, etc and have never been disappointed. The quality stays consistent even in larger quantities and my guests rave about them. I have referred many friends and family members here and honestly feel these are the best cupcakes in Orange County.

Great service, affordable gourmet cupcakes. I purchased some cupcakes for friends (can’t remember which flavors since it was a while ago), and my friends enjoyed them. My boyfriend also tried a sugar cookie and said it was one of the best he’s ever had. This is coming from a guy who doesn’t enjoy sweets much. We will definitely be back!

Wow!! I am so impressed with our beautiful and delicious 3 tier white cake with vanilla Bavarian cream and raspberry jam filling! It was light with just the right amount of sweetness and tartness. The cake was so scrumptiously moist too. All our guests loved the cake. This meant so much to us because 80% of our guests were Asian and don’t like anything too heavy. Trust me, it’s a huge compliment. I was so glad to hear our guests marveling at the beauty and taste of our cake. Last week I bought a cake super last minute for my sister’s surprise birthday party. I chose one of their pre-made display cakes. It was an 8″ white cake with vanilla pudding and raspberry. This was the very first time I ever purchased from them! The staff was very helpful & polite. The cake decorator wrote on the cake for me & it came out very cute!
This cake was so delicious! All our guests commented on it. Unfortunately, there was an issue with my cake. I contacted them from their website and received an immediate response. They were so apologetic and so willing to help make sure I was 100% satisfied!
Everybody in this bakery is so genuine and its what prompted this review!

I have heard of this place but never had time to stop by. My friends wanted cupcakes so we decided to check it out. It was amazing! Everything was fresh and tasted and looked very upscale. Found this delightful little spot after having dinner and I’m so glad we decided to try five of their cupcakes!
Cupcakes: We tried the:
Lemon Razzle (Lemon Cake, Vanilla Cream FIlling, Raspberry and Vanilla Mousse) – This was very sweet and the raspberry was like an aftertaste. So I was disappointed in it.
Chocolate Chipper (Chocolate Cake, Chocolate Chip Mousse and Chocolate Drizzled Potato Chips) – Too rich for me, but I really enjoyed the potato chips on top!
Chocolate Caramel Salty (Chocolate Cake, Chocolate Fudge, Caramel, and Sea Salt) – Too rich for me also, but Caramel isn’t my thing.
Butter Pecan (Butter Pecan Cake, Apple Filled with Cream Cheese Mousse) – MY FAVORITE! The apple filling went extremely well with the butter pecan cake-it almost tasted like an apple pie more than anything else. And the cream cheese on top was light and not too sweet. This was my absolute favorite out of the five we tried.
Dos PB & J (Peanut Butter Cake, Rasberry Jelly Filled, with Peanut Butter Mousse) – Was a little disappointed because I really wanted that POW of Peanut Butter and Jelly!
Overall though, four stars because the staff were excellent and most importantly, patient with us as we picked out what we wanted to try. The person behind the counter also told me he could swap out fillings if I wanted to but I didn’t because at that point I was overwhelmed with options.
Ambiance: Because we went close to Valentines Day the shop was decked out in reds, pinks, and whites. There were V-Day signs everywhere, and the entire shop was just…CUTE! If you want to eat your cupcakes at the shop, there’s a little bar area near the front – Just watch your knees while getting in and out (I hit my knees twice doing so :) ).

This place just made it on my top three lol the cupcakes were not too sweet they were just right. It was a little on the dryer side but still good. I will be coming back for more to try different ones. So far banana and coconut chocolate are my favs. The service there was amazeballs. Very nice young lady help me out on my first time :)

Upon entering the bakery for the first time, we were welcomed by the light and airy colors that said sweet and tasty. We were greeted by friendly staff who explained the process of ordering the cupcakes. We chose our flavors from a large wall menu with pictures. After ordering, the cupcakes were freshly frosted while we waited. In a few minutes, we had four delicious, moist, and attractive cupcakes in a box ready to go home with us. We’ve tried many bakeries’ cupcakes. This is one of the best we’ve ever had.

We hired them for our wedding cake last year and it was a great experience. From taste testing to planning to delivery, the entire process was simple and the end product tasted great. The main dude (Phillip?) was also efficient and professional and was dedicated to ensuring we were happy. We’ve definitely let our friends know how great the place is.
They offered a wide variety of cake designs at very reasonable prices, and the cake flavors themselves went really together.
It was also cool that they had a cake in exactly the two colors of our wedding, which were not a common combination!

It starts with a great new location and friendly service. The selection of amazing cupcakes and desserts is overwhelming and they even have a huge menu of gluten-free options. The cupcakes are topped fresh per your order and they are amazing. My favorite is the chocolate salted caramel cupcake. If there is one request I can make…maybe some vegan dessert options in the future.

Entering Patty’s for the first time was like walking into a ball of sunshine. The decorations made the shop pop out and feel like home. You won’t see any cupcakes on display since they do icing once ordered. I thought that was pretty cool to keep the icing fresh. Zoe recommended her favorite cupcake chocolate with peanut butter filling. I ordered one of those along with a red velvet with cream cheese cupcake.

I placed an order for 24 cupcakes on Wednesday and picked up on a Saturday. Ordering was fairly easy compared to other bakeries. The website is neatly organized and descriptive. I loved how you could mix n match flavors for the regular sized cupcakes. Customer service was very friendly and informative over the phone and in-person. The cupcakes were absolutely delicious; the frosting is super light, not overpowering or too sweet. Our guests really enjoyed these, will definitely reorder in the future. If you are having a hard time choosing flavors, the red velvet with cream cheese frosting is highly recommended!
