Our wedding cake was absolutely perfect! Phillip and Patty are wonderful and made sure our cake was just right! What sold us was the frosting, it’s light and delicious. I’m so excited that we found Patty’s Cakes, and you should be too!

We LOVED our wedding cake from Patty’s Cakes!! My husband and I opted for a chocolate cake with raspberry filling and not only did we think it was absolutely to die for, our guests did as well! At our consultation/tasting, the staff were all very professional and incredibly accommodating as well. It was such a fun experience, and very personal too, as it was just us and one member of staff which made us feel very looked after! As far as the tasting, good luck trying to decide your favorite flavor combo because each one is spectacular! Great cupcakes! The white cake flavor is better than the chocolate cake. Both cake flavors are very moist and not too sweet. The chocolate cake is a bit plain, need more chocolate flavor. The mousse icing is awesome, light and fluffy, and not too sweet, just right. If you don’t want more mousse fillings in the middle of the cupcake, just let them know, otherwise there will be a little bit of the fillings in the cupcakes. We like the coconut white cupcakes, red velvet, banana, pina colada, strawberry mousse white cupcake, and butter pecan. Will be back to try different flavors, as there are many to choose from.

Went into Patty’s Cakes looking for a wedding cake.We met with Patty for a consultation, she greeted us with a big smile and excitement. We did a cake tasting and she brought out multiple flavors we could choose from, they were all delicious. So we chose a flavor for the cake. When we saw the cake at our wedding it was so beautiful with hidden Mickeys because my wife loves Disney lol. Anyways to wrap it up, cake was good Patty was just the greatest and I look forward to having another cake made by Patty’s Cakes in the future.

Thank you for the amazing cupcakes!! Ordered 2 dozen mixed cupcakes online (1 dozen regular and 1 dozen gluten free) based solely on Yelp reviews. The Yelp community didn’t let me down!! Our family was so happy. Both regular and gluten free were moist and flavorful. The gluten free were even more impressive, only because usually gf cupcakes are not good. These were so good…and lots of flavors! Can’t wait to be in the area again and order more cupcakes.

My brother, Sean Le, was a contestant on Masterchef Junior season 2 and he has a love and elevated palette for high quality desserts. I knew I wanted to order from a bakery with quality products. The moment I walked into Patty’s Cakes, it smelled amazing! I ordered the pre-made cake online early that morning, used a 5 dollar off coupon, and chose a time to pick up the cake for my brothers birthday that evening. The vanilla cake with Bavarian cream and raspberry filling looked pretty, simple yet elegant. I ordered the pumpkin cupcake which was soooo delicious and Elvis cupcake which was ok. My brother agrees the cake is super moist and the cream not too sweet but perfect!The service was wonderful, I was greeted warmly and helped by 2 lovely ladies who patiently answered all my questions. My items were bagged together- the cupcakes on top of the cake. When I came home and opened the boxes, the cake Masterchef design was a little smeared but my brother didn’t mind. I would suggest items to be bagged separately in the future to avoid damage. Would highly recommend for quality taste!

Patty saved the day when she helped me with a wedding cake a few weeks before my wedding. Long story short, my original cake person could not deliver (should have just gone with a professional from the start), and I had to scramble to find a wedding cake. That’s when I found Patty’s on Yelp, and when I reached out to her, she was understanding and helped me get a cake right away! I went to two other bakeries before going to Patty’s, I almost settled for one in Santa Ana, but after hearing good things from Patty’s I decided to check it out before i made a choice. Upon entering the bakery, i fell in love with the pink walls and the friendly customer service I received from Patty. After the cake tasting, i was sold! I loved all the flavors tried, my favorite was the red velvet and chocolate. They were so tasty and mouth watering. I got the red velvet with a strawberry mousse and the chocolate cake with a light chocolate mousse. I have to say i made the best choice with Patty’s because i loved the taste and i love that the designed my cake exactly how i wanted it. A lot of my guests loved the cake and asked me for the name of the bakery. Patty’s cakes is now my bakery and I will be shopping for all my cakes there! My fiancee’s mother offered to purchase our wedding cake from Patty’s cakes in Fullerton. She raved about this place before our consultation. The day of our appointment we were greeted by Patty and her staff. They were very friendly and professional. The different cakes and fillings are absolutely delicious. We had a tough time deciding on the different fillings. We ended up choosing the lemon cake with raspberry filling. The day of our wedding the cake was delivered right on time as promised. Our cake was absolutely beautiful. We received so many compliments and everyone asked where we got our cake. We even had people asking to take some home. I highly recommend Patty’s Cakes! We ordered our wedding cake from Patty’s! One of the best decisions for our wedding. Cake was excellent, fillings and creams were not overly sweet! Cake was moist and many compliments throughout even after our wedding was over. Price wasn’t too bad either. Weddings are expensive to plan and the wedding cake could be something you can budget on: # of tiers, size of the cakes, design, etc. Patty and Philip were so accommodating, we were really happy with our choices. We chose a simpler design and went with 3 tier cake and 3/4 of a sheet cake for extra servings! Lemon raspberry with Bavarian cream was my favorite. My husband loved the banana cake with chocolate mousse. They were close by to our reception venue so delivery was smooth and easy. Highly recommended!

Gluten free delicious is right! I am just elated and pleased with my recent experience with Patty’s Cakes and Desserts. I am and will be a forever loyal customer. I bought cupcakes for my husband’s 50th birthday dinner and they were a hit. My first choice was a gluten free cake, not the cupcakes but they were not accepting orders for cakes as they were fully booked. Wow, they are very busy…that’s good. We chose all mousse frosting for all the cupcakes which was good because the regular frosting was just too sweet (sampled one). Their gluten free cupcakes taste like regular cupcakes…I was kind of thinking they made a mistake because it’s too good to be truly gluten free. The service of the staff was professional and good. I didn’t feel like they were overly cheerful and friendly but hey, as long as they’re nice, professional and treat me with respect ….I’ll come back….especially for those gf cupcakes!!

My husband and I were blown away by how amazing these cakes are! At first glance, the bakery is a tiny hole in the wall place that you could almost miss if you blink, but boy are their cakes delicious! We opted for a single tier cake and a cupcake tree so we got to pick 4 flavors of cupcake. We chose red velvet with a cream cheese frosting, fudge (yellow cake with a fudge top), Lemon raspberry (my husband’s fav!) and chocolate chocolate chip. They were all to die for and we had ZERO left overs at the end of the wedding, despite several no show guests. They customized my top tier cake and it was exactly what I envisioned. I would recommend Patty’s Cakes to anyone!

I have Celiac Disease. Finding a good Gluten Free cupcake started to feel like I was searching for a Unicorn. Then I found Patty’s. Sweet cupcake magic has been restored into my life! I feel like I’m eating just a scrumptious cupcake for the first time since being diagnosed! For the first time “gluten free” isn’t a “flavor” & it isn’t a texture. This summer I had ordered gluten free cupcakes online and picked them up just a few hours later. They were for my friends birthday and he is gluten intolerant. Had their cupcakes for the first time today and OMG I’m hooked! They were gone within minutes! We ordered the chocolate caramel salty, dos PB & J, peanut butter with chocolate fudge, and the chocolate with peanut butter mousse. They were all amazing but the chocolate with peanut butter mousse was my favorite. It was so light and melt in your mouth good. Definitely didn’t feel guilty after eating them.. Which could also be dangerous… Service was great as well. Employees were helpful with flavor descriptions when we didn’t know what to get initially. Overall great place! We’re coming back on Monday to have more!

Yesterday was my first time visiting Patty’s bakery. I planned to order a cake online in advance but didn’t have time to. I arrived around 6pm and the sign indicated that they were closed due to a wedding consultation. But Patty opened the store for me and was very accommodating. I’m so happy that she let me in to purchase a ready to go 8″ red velvet cake. I’m not familiar with the area and didn’t know where else to go so she definitely made my day! The cake was amazing and she also made time to write a personal message on the cake even though she was in the middle of a consultation. I want to say thank you Patty for your service. Had the eclair and it won me over. I don’t need the donut version anymore when I can have a perfectly moist, not overly-sweet cupcake that tastes more delicious than any freshly made donut I’ve ever had!AND it was served with a smile during my first visit ever (she was so patient with my indecisiveness).
