First time trying this bakery, and wow, they make delicious cupcakes! I ordered an assortment of regular sized and minis for my daughter’s birthday party, and they were so so good. Usually cupcakes are way too sweet, and these were perfect. They were moist, and the frosting was so light and tasty as well. I had many parents comment to me that their kids don’t usually like cake, but they like this cake! Everyone was very happy. I highly recommend this bakery.

This was my first experience with Patty’s Cakes and Desserts, and my husband and I loved them! I purchased 4 vegan cupcakes including the very berry strawberry, chocolate with Oreo, Pina Colada, and the strawberry with vanilla. We have lived a plant-based lifestyle for 6 years now and since moving to LA the foods and desserts we’ve tasted have been delicious! Patty’s is up high on the list!

We got our wedding cake from Patty’s the literal weekend before everything shut down March 14th 2020. By far the best wedding cake I’ve ever had is a huge understatement. Legendary is a cake that will have me thinking about it every week after my wedding. I’m not even joking, it was that good. Thank you guys again for everything being perfect and running extremely smooth.

I could not be more pleased with my entire experience with Patty’s Cakes! I would give them more than 5 stars if I could! I would definitely recommend this business for anyone who wants to give/have a special treat! The customer service and the product was amazing! My questions about delivery were promptly addressed. Kelli went above and beyond to help iron out a zip code issue with our daughter’s dorm at CSU Fullerton. Paulina and Philip both sent emails almost immediately after my online order to verify some information to assure a smooth delivery. I was already more than impressed with this business and then the cupcakes arrived! They were beyond beautiful and, according to my daughter and her friends at the dorm, they were all delicious! I only wish I lived closer so that I could enjoy them myself! I will definitely be placing more orders through Patty’s Cakes, to the delight of many students at CSUF! We were referred to Patty’s Cakes by our cater Stephen at Melrose Catering. We found the recommendation to be spot on! The online ordering process was found to be extremely easy with all our questions answered in a timely manner with answers easily understood. Our wedding cake was baked in the design that we had chosen and was beautiful. We asked for 3 layers of different flavors with 3 different fillings and all were very good. Many guests commented about the quality of all 3 flavors. When an occasion might occur for us to recommend a bakery we will certainly recommend Patty’s. My husband and I had the honor of having Patty’s Cakes make the cake for our wedding. They were very friendly during the tasting, and helped us in our decision for flavors!
We went with a semi-frosted cake for the rustic look, and my mother-in-law decorated it with flowers. We had many guests compliment us on the cake, and how yummy it was! They were very punctual on delivering the cake to the venue, and helpful when we had questions.

Patty’s has the friendliest staff and best cupcakes around. The best part is if you’re part of their email club, you get 2 free cupcakes for your birthday. I use this to try to new flavors. I haven’t had one flavor I didn’t like so far. The flavors taste very fresh and not fake. Picture is the Eclair “mouth watering yummy” and The lemon bliss. These have been my two favorites so far. The Elvis is delicious if you want something different and traditional vanilla fudge if you want a traditional yet tasty cupcake. I think the best thing I noticed that day was that each customer was commented on something. I was complimented on my hair and the lady behind me was complimented on her dress. It’s the small customer service things that can make a difference in someone’s days and makes a good impression on others as well. I highly suggest you go for mini cupcakes, regular cupcakes or cakes. They have some gluten free options as well.

Decided to try a new place for delicious treats. I’m glad that I was able to find them there in the Fullerton location area which isn’t too far. I really enjoy this establishment; its vibrant colors tasty treats and yummy desserts are definitely the die for. Their customer service was excellent and I was very excited to try their cupcakes as they had many awards as being one of the best places for desserts. Order the strawberry cupcake, it’s very good, fresh, moist, and delicious. Also order the piña colada. Looking forward to having that and also a snickerdoodle. I highly recommend this place. If you have a sweet tooth and you’re in a mood for a great cupcake, I highly recommend this location.

Patty’s Cakes made our wedding cake! The cake was so delicious and we had many compliments on it! The tasting was also complimentary and very easy to schedule. They do require you to return the stands within the cake. They warned us several times, but I still forgot. So make sure to make a note of that!

I have been a customer to Patty’s Cakes for years! I’ve ordered their cupcakes and cakes for everything from birthdays to baby showers, and they never disappoint. When it was time to get married, I knew we had to sign up for a tasting. Philip walked us through the different flavor combinations and in the end we settled on the vanilla cake with vanilla Bavarian custard…a simple and clean profile where you can really taste the ingredients. But you can’t go wrong with the other flavors! I’ve always loved the chocolate cake with chocolate chip mousse, but I think after the tasting, the chocolate cake paired with Nutella mousse was absolutely divine. I also love the cream cheese mousse, but wish it had a stronger cream cheese taste (I guess it’s good if you want it on the lighter side). My husband doesn’t like overly sweet things, and isn’t a big dessert person, but he LOVED the cake here. Definitely check out Patty’s Cakes and see for yourself!

Patty’s Cakes are amazing! We did a cake tasting a few months before our wedding & Philip was super helpful during the process. We got a 2 tier cake that was strawberry with vanilla custard.

Cake was not too sweet for me which we like. Our favorite flavor is lemon and raspberry, the mixture of the two was well balanced. Their white cream frosting was yummy and not too sweet.

It’s always a treat going here! The food is amazing, and so is the customer service. One of my favorite things to get is the Bag-O-Cake. By ordering it, I was recently able to try the butter pecan cake for the first time – and it is amazing! Never thought I’d be interested in the flavor, but now I can’t get enough of it.

I ordered 4 cupcakes: The Elvis, Chocolate w/Oreo Mousse, Very Berry Strawberry, and Lemon Drop. Overall, I was very happy with the flavors.
I wish there was more bacon with The Elvis. Once I took a bite of everything, all you really taste is peanut butter. Mind you, I’d bathe in the peanut butter mousse. So light and airy.
The chocolate filling on the chocolate cupcake was heavenly. Didn’t care for the Oreo frosting as much.
With the strawberry frosting, it tasted like plain whipped frosting.
The lemon was my favorite. Nice and tart.

You walk into the cutest bakery you’ve ever seen and are greeted by sweet (pun intended) and helpful staff. They take your order for birthday and wedding cakes, cupcakes, cake balls, cookies and more – you even get to order GF and vegan items. They ring you up with a price you can’t beat. You take your desserts to their final destination, but make sure to grab a few before they’re put out, because they disappear FAST. Then you realize you’re addicted and become a Patty’s customer for life. That is your experience here and I’d give it a million stars if I could.
