I recently called to ask questions about having a cake made for a surprise party and the woman I spoke to, Paulina, was very helpful. She let me ask about a million questions and never once seemed to get frustrated or annoyed. I called with only a rough idea of what I wanted, no flavor or design in mind. I was a bit nervous to place an order without actually knowing the flavor of cake I wanted. She told me to go into the actual bakery and try some of their cupcakes. I’m so glad I did, the Lemon Strawberry cupcakes that she convinced me to try were amazing! Definitely going to be placing many orders in the future.

Patty’s Cakes is the best! They were one of two bakery’s to pick with our venue. Overall a great experience with them. Cake testing was easy and fun! Once you pick your cake, you don’t have to worry about anything else. We had marble cake and lemon cake for the top tier for ourselves to take home. Both flavors were delicious and not overly sweet. What’s very nice is that they give you a free small cake on your one year anniversary so you don’t have to freeze your cake.

My experience with Patty’s Cakes was a worry free easy going one. First time I contacted them about my sons wedding cake, they emailed me within minutes to let me know they received my request. The next day in the morning I got Philip answering all my questions. When I was ready to order, Jacqueline responded to my emails, answering all my questions again! Kept in touch with everything in what kind of style and design I wanted. I went in the shop to make it official. I bought some cake pops and sugar cookies while she put our contract together. And everything was delicious. The cake on wedding day looked so beautiful and tasted so good! I highly recommend this cake shop business if you want the best tasting cake for your special event. Everyone in the shop are friendly polite and attentive to all the customers going in.

The cake and customer service were excellent. I would highly recommend Patty’s cakes for all occasions. We ordered the banana cake for our wedding. It was moist and did not taste like the original banana cake you bake. It was amazing. They have a ton of flavors and it was a hard decision, thank goodness for all the flavors and the help for the staff.

Their cakes are the best. We just got married and got our wedding cake from them and it was amazing. The look of the cake was better than I had expected. The cake itself did not disappoint and everyone at our wedding was raving about how good the cake was and were asking us where we got it. We will definitely be ordering all of our cakes from there now!
