Our visits to purchase cupcakes from Patty’s has progressed from the occasional visit to a regular family event. My elderly parents truly look forward to their favorite (Chocolate Fudge and Pina Colada) cupcakes as their treat. Not overly sweet, their bodies enjoy the treat without the side effects of sugar. No weekend is complete without a selection from Patty’s!

Love this place! Their cream cheese frosting is the best, and I just found out that you can ask them to customize any cake flavor and frosting and filling combo for a cupcake when you’re ordering! The cake balls are amazing too, so moist and just the right amount of sweetness. The caramel pecan cookie was soooo good but a little on the sweet side.

I bought a birthday cake last month for my birthday, and two cupcakes snickerdoodle cupcake and a chocolate cupcake with strawberry filling and frosting, for two friends who share the same birthday as me. First of all the small white birthday cake was eaten in one day by my small family of 4 -we love cake! And then, later that day, I received a text from my two friends who I left the cupcakes on their doorstep, had said that it was the best cupcake they ever had. Clean bakery and friendly service.

I love Patty’s cupcakes. The frosting is delicious, and it’s not overly sweet. It’s a nice and light flavor. They have a huge selection of unique cupcakes, including gluten-free and vegan options. I ordered their cupcakes for my Mom’s birthday, and she loved the different flavors I choose. I really like the cupcakes that have a filling inside as well. My family was really impressed with the quality and flavors.

Beyond amazing cakes and cupcakes. The best I have ever had, and I am 71 yrs old. The selection is incredible. The cake/cupcakes are made, and the filling and icing are done when you order, and absolutely no waiting time. The store is extremely clean, the decor is very unique, and the service is A+. If you are like me, I tried it one time, and now I am hooked. Try it, and I guarantee you will love it.

After posting my review of my disappointing experience with the birthday cake, I was contacted by the leadership of Patty’s with a very thoughtful and kind follow-up. Every organization makes mistakes. How they respond to them is what separates the good from the great. I salute Patty’s for their response and commitment to ‘making things right.’ We will most certainly be ordering again. Bravo, indeed. P.S. As I mentioned in my original review, the gluten-free cake was amazing! The irony is that the only ones who had the cake did not have gluten issues, but it was incredible.
