[Review] Beautiful Vegan Cake with Edible Image and Whipped Frosting

Delicious cake, perfect whipped frosting, and came with a beautiful edible image on top for my little sister! Would highly recommend this bakery for any kind of occasion!

My only wishes/feedback are the following:
1. That someone would have contacted me about the writing on top to let me know some of it would be hard to see because of it blending in with the color of the cake, and
2. The chocolate and strawberry mouse fillings were a bit subtle. It’s nice to have a cake that is not overly sweet, but I think a little more flavor would have really helped the overall taste.

Aside from that, I was very happy with my cake and that it could be made vegan! Best of all, it made my sister so happy, which means more to me than anything. Thank you so much, Patty’s staff!

Went for a wedding cake tasting on a Friday evening and parking was a bit of a hassle but we managed to find a spot.
My appointment was at 4 and the couple in front of us was running a bit late so we were taken in about 20 minutes past our appointment time, but I know that wasn’t their fault.
But I stood at the front waiting to be greeted or at least asked why I was there, and 10 minutes passed and no one even bothered to see if I needed to be assisted. I literally had to call the business while I was standing in it, in order to get some assistance. That’s not good!!! Once I was able to talk to someone, they directed me to where I was going to be doing the tasting and that’s also when I was informed that the couple in front of us was running late.
Once we were taken to the cake tasting room, Kelly (I believe) was the woman who helped us with the cake tasting and she was very helpful and had such a great personality. The cakes we tried were very moist and flavorful. She was very attentive and answered our questions. So all that went great.
We might get our wedding cake from here,
Since the cake was good. Hopefully the front steps up their customs service and they would have a solid 5 stars!

I had their cake for my wedding. It was red velvet flavor with oreo cream. Everyone liked it and I had the same flavor for the 1st anniversary cake as well. I don’t know if they raised the price, but it seemed little pricy when I went back there a few weeks ago.

I have tried several different cup cakes over the years, each and every time, they are moist, great flavor and a good portion of frosting.
The employees are always friendly. The store is nicely set up and feels inviting.

Ordered a cake for the wedding. Went in for a tasting first and received good help throughout the process. The ordering was smooth even though my order was fairly last minute. The delivery on the day was worry free. Had no issues whatsoever with everything being delivered in perfect condition. The cake tasted great. Only regret is we forgot to take the leftover cake back with us. Will have to order more again (and have done so since already!).

Patty Cakes did my cake for my wedding at Rancho Las Lomas November 2024. The entire experience was great from start to finish. We had a tasting about 6 months before and even though we were presented with so many options, we were able to select the style, flavor, and approximate guest count easily. We loved how with Pattys cakes there was so many flavor options and combinations and we loved how we were able to try different combinations that we potentially wanted.
About a week before the wedding, we finalized the guest count. The delivery process was super easy, despite the fact that the venue was almost 30 miles away. Our cake was so beautiful and it tasted amazing! We received so much positive feedback from our guests and we can’t wait to eat our freezer cake next year. We highly recommend Pattys cakes for your wedding or special event, you will not be disappointed.
