The cupcakes are very creamy and sweet. The mousse ideas are very creative. The ice cream scoopers are really cool too. I love the designs they can do to the cakes.

We decided to go with Patty’s Cakes because of the great reviews and the prices were reasonable. Cake tasting was the best part. Philip was super friendly and knowledgeable about cakes. My husband and I knew we needed to book Patty’s Cakes as a vendor as soon as we went in to try her cupcakes at her bakery. Patty and her team were an absolute dream to work with. They were professional, easy to communicate with, and passionate about making sure all of the details were exactly what we wanted for our big day. It truly felt like Patty cared about us, and you can taste the love in her cupcakes! Her team came to assemble our mini cupcake tower of 3 flavors on the day of the wedding and it was a hit! Wow. One of the best cakes I’ve ever eaten. I randomly chose (based on great Yelp reviews and proximity to my party location) Patty’s Cakes for my granddaughter’s birthday cake. I ordered #14889, the unicorn cake. The only difference was that I had the eyes made of gold frosting. The cake was AMAZING. It was absolutely beautiful! My granddaughter and her girlfriends loved it.
Usually, I only eat cake. Most frostings are too sweet for me. The cake was moist and delicious. The filling was ample without being too much, and the frosting was the best I’ve had. It was almost like a cross between whipped cream and frosting. Not too sweet or oily, but held up like a buttercream. I loved this cake.
Additionally, I ordered on short notice, over the phone, and everything was perfect. I’ll definitely order from Patty’s again, and they’re not even near me.

I first had Patty’s cupcakes when my then-boyfriend surprised me with some and they are so moist and the frosting is not heavy or overly sweet. So when it was time to decide on our wedding cake, we definitely wanted to go with Patty’s. Our wedding cake was red velvet with chocolate chip whip frosting which we prefer as we both hate cream cheese and the other flavor was vanilla with lemon and raspberry filling. It was so good that we had other people at the wedding come up to us about how good our cake was. I didn’t even need to save the top tier as Patty’s offers a free cake for our first anniversary. The only downside was I wanted the cake to be ombre colors but Philip who was assisting us said that would cost extra and the color would be sprayed on so it didn’t look as consistent as if the frosting was dyed. It’s ok though because my husband still comes to Patty’s from time to time to ask for our wedding cake flavors in cupcake form! He usually doesn’t have any problems requesting them to make the custom vanilla with lemon and raspberry filling as that is not one of the cupcake options. However, there was one time a lady said she can only put 1 filling in and had to put the other filling on top, it just didn’t mix as well as if both fillings were placed inside. Don’t know why she gave him a problem as other people have been able to put both fillings at the same time previously. Oh well, still looking forward to my anniversary cake and future cupcakes!
