I love this place so much! I’ve been buying both of my daughters birthday cakes here every single year for the past three years. I love when they have specials on their cupcakes….. definitely a time to take advantage, I love that their cake is moist, the flavor is delicious just an overall best place to buy cupcakes or cakes can’t go wrong here EVER!

My wife and I used Patty’s Cake for our wedding. My review: Patty’s Cakes is perfection.
When it comes to planning a wedding, there is always this uneasy feeling when it comes to booking vendors. You never know until the day of your wedding how the product you are purchasing will be.
However, Patty’s Cakes had made the cake process extremely easy! Phillip was great and let us sample a plethora of cake and frosting combinations until we were able to find the flavor profile that we liked best. Once our flavors were decided he asked a series of questions that would help them understand the look of the wedding, so that they could cater the cake to match.
What was perfect was that they were able to capture the essence of the look and feel we wanted for our wedding!
Aside from the wow factor of the cake, I feel like I need to discuss the process as well in order for this to be a good review. Patty’s Cakes was always in correspondence whenever we reached out to them. The whole process of booking, designing, and delivering the cake was easy and efficient! No issue ever came up.
As far as flavor, the cake was absolutely delicious. My wife and I went with the banana flavored cake and Bavarian cream filling. The flavors were balanced, and there was the perfect ratio of cake, icing, and filling.
So overall, absolute perfection, 5-Star’s, Hands-Clapping Emoji, Perfect 10. We could not have dreamed of a better cake. Thank you, Patty’s Cakes for a job well done and being part of an amazing memory!

Absolutely in love with our wedding cake from Patty’s Cakes! It was such a fun and enjoyable experience from the beginning and the cake looked and tasted amazing. We had so many compliments from our guests and are currently still enjoying our top tier (why wait a whole year?!). The cake was moist and delicious, the filling of raspberry and Bavarian cream was to die for. Thank you for making our day so special and amazing!

So because I’m pro Yelp that most likely makes me a foodie…or at least I like to think of myself as one since I enjoy good food and like to try everything everywhere. And since I’m obsessed with good food I’m obviously obsessed with food Television…chopped, triple D’s, dinner at Tiffany’s and of course anything having to do with desserts…which brings me full circle to the reason I’m rambling and why Patty Cakes and cupcake wars got me completely turned onto the gourmet cupcake! Never had the chance to officially try one because let’s be honest, your local market or Costco DOES NOT qualify as magical or even close to gourmet baking…so when my bf asked what I wanted for my special day naturally I said I’d like sugar and fat wrapped up in a pretty package that will make me smile. Soooooo I found this little precious on Yelp and said yes…Ahhh-mayyzz-zinga :) I was such a brat that I had to get a dirty dozen…what?!? I shared!! There was strawberry, lemon, chocolate, etc…, a little bit of everything. I over did it. I know. But my favorite…the Elvis…he was a genius to mix bacon, peanut butter, and banana…I’d visit Graceland for the sole purpose of honoring this inventive combo. Kudos to Patty’s for honoring it also…And yes, there is bacon sprinkled on top…so I will be back. Maybe not for another dozen but definitely at least six…and always an Elvis…good job Patty’s! You get a big thumbs up and of course a, “thank you, thank you very much.”

I had an excellent experience with Patty’s Cakes! They did my sister’s wedding cake for her 10-year wedding celebration and it was fantastic! They were able to accommodate all of my sister’s requests and the price was relatively fair and affordable! Everyone was very pleased with the taste and many people asked where we got the cake from. I’m incredibly satisfied with the finished product. Thank you, Patty’s Cakes!

BEST WEDDING CAKE EVA:
SHORT&SWEET – Our wedding was last July 25 and we chose Patty’s Cake as our wedding cake vendor because of 3 reasons:
#1 DELICIOUSLY PERFECT CAKE’s- Flavors were spot on, was moist and fresh inside and out, and can customize any flavor combination to our preferences.
#2 ELEGANT DESIGN – Our wedding reception was in Huntington Beach so the design mirrored our overall theme as shown in the picture attached.
#3 AWESOME QUALITY SERVICE-Phillip was great as he assisted us during our free cake testing, was extremely patient and professional helping us narrow down to the best combo flavor as we liked a lot of them, and definitely delivered on the cake as it was on time, looked STUNNINGLY BEAUTIFUL and our guests loved that it was a finally a wedding cake that tasted as good as it looked.
ULTIMATELY:
Extremely Happy with our Wedding Cake – we chose Red Velvet+Cream Cheese flavor combo and just can’t get enough of it. Overall, can’t wait for Phillip to recreate our wedding cake top as you get it as a “GIFT” for you 1 year anniversary which is another PLUS.

We’ve had cupcakes from Patty’s before, and really enjoyed them, but being on the opposite side of town it was truly a special occasion once in a while thing. Until today…. they just opened today around the corner from our home. Let me just say they’re delicious. Perfect light and fluffy mousse frosting. The cake is moist and flavorful. Gonna have to step up the workouts because having Patty’s so close will be DANGEROUS.
