[Review] These cupcakes are delicious!

These cupcakes are delicious. I ordered online and used the yelp code to get $5 off. It worked out perfect because I needed cupcakes for a birthday. The party was Elvis theme and I searched for Elvis cupcakes and Patty’s cakes and desserts showed up. After reading the reviews I decided to try them. Glad I did. Their Elvis is yummy. I really enjoyed the chocolate caramel salty. When I arrived to pick up the cupcakes I did the yelp check in and got a free s’mores cake ball. This was the best thing ever. I want a dozen of them all to myself.

workers here are so friendly & the cupcakes are delicious! cakes are so soft and fluffy–it’s like biting into angel’s food! you can’t go wrong with the red velvet cupcake w/ cream cheese, but the elvis is definitely my favorite :)

I have updated my review from my previous post to credit their excellent customer service. The owners contacted me and corrected the situation I experienced which I greatly appreciated. They cherish their customers and that is a good thing to know. Like I mentioned before, their cake balls are to die for in addition to their cupcakes and cakes. The red velvet cake that I took home that day lasted at least a week. It retained its moisture and was delicious!

Delicious!!! My fav is the confetti vanilla cake. Make sure you order in advance. The cake pops are $3 a piece. Kind of pricey but def worth it.

I have to say they are the best ! ii always have a sweet tooth and this just hits the spot. it’s delicious. very proffesional. And i am a big fan of starbuck’s cake balls but noo….PATTY’s Cake balls are beyond better. I truley recommend.

We got cake balls, cupcakes and a 6 inch cake on top for our wedding. Philip was so helpful on selecting the flavor and his recommendations were excellent. I found out about this place on yelp and very happy i went to check it out. I wad on a search for my wedding cake. The locarion is small but very nice and clean inside. The employees that i been helped with are extremely nice, and always smiling. I met with the owner to place my order for my wedding cake and he was also very nice and easy to talk too. He gave us his opinion on the flavors and how designs. My wedding was September 6th,2015 and they arrived on time that they told us. The cake tasted amazing! It wasnt sugary, it was perfect flavor. Our guest loved our cake and loved the taste. I jad very good compliments on the cake. Im very happy I went with them to order my wedding cake. I will diffently come back in purchasing cupcakes or cakes in the future. And definitely recommend them to people. Thank you so much!

The cupcakes here are delicious, but the service was mediocre. The girl at the front was not helpful at all. I asked which cupcakes are not too sweet (you know, the fillings and frosting on some cupcakes are sweeter than others) but she’s like “Well, they’re cupcakes so they’re all kinda sweet” and when I asked her which are the best-selling, she’s like “They’re all good.” Well, she obviously has no idea what the cupcakes taste like.

As for the cupcakes themselves, the salted chocolate caramel was definitely the sweetest (but it was good!). I liked the butter pecan with apples the most. The red velvet and mint chip were kinda bland, but not too sweet so I liked them. I also tried banana cream and pina colada and they were all good. I would definitely come back to try the other flavors another time.

I am dumb. I ordered a grab and go cake and set it for a week out. I meant to select next day (which was available) and didn’t notice until the next day when I called to check on the cake.

I am glad I called in a little early the day I needed it to check on it. When I realized my dumb mistake, I asked (praying) if they might have a similar pre-made cake still available. I would have understood completely if they did not. Luckily they did and could transfer my order over!

I am so grateful for their accommodation! They saved the day!

Also the pre-made chocolate cake was amazing. We were all stoked about it. A+ for customer service and deliciousness.

They were super busy on a Saturday which was an amazing sign. I saw a lot of people leave very happy.
