“Has been doing great themed and yummy cakes for years. I’m extremely picky about cake, and even more so about the frosting. I always happily end up finishing my entire piece cake when it comes from Patty, whereas, if it’s coming from somewhere else, I would usually be polite and eat a bite or two. Patty’s cakes are perfectly light, fluffy, and tasty (absolutely NOT that overly sugary, oily, heavy stuff). Her whipped frosting is just awesome, and again is very light and perfectly sweetened. Also, I can’t believe some of the cakes she has made over the years. Very creative!”
