“So my brother was turning 22 and I had not bought him a cake yet. I waited till last minute and called Patty the day of his birthday and luckily she had a customer cancel that day and was able to get me a GREAT cake on time! I absolutely LOVED every bite of it and so did my family. Although my family lives in Riverside, they kept the business card she attached to the cake box and put it on the refrigerator! =) I would most definitely buy another cake from her any day!! “Unparalleled Customer Service Let me just say that I drove from Culver City to Fullerton to pick up Patty’s cupcakes and would do it again! Originally, her services caught my eye because she is the only one in the business I’ve heard of that allows the customer to design the look of their own cake without additional cost! When I clarified this with her, she looked at me pointedly and said, “Why would I charge people extra for wanting to custom decorate their own cake?” When I picked up my cupcakes there were six more waiting for me than I had ordered. She explained she had made extra batter so she just assumed bake, decorate, and add them to my take-home box for no extra cost! Icing on top of this sweet deal? When I went to pick up the cupcakes, she offered me free bag-o-cake, a very tasty creation I highly recommend to all cake fans. A+ for customer service, fair pricing, and yum factor! Thanks Patty!”

“Patty made a lovely cake for my graduation party. She had decorated the cake with my school colors and everyone at the party thought that was the best idea. When it came down to trying the cake, everyone was blown away. They said that the cake was so moist, there was just enough filling and fresh strawberries in the middle, and the frosting was to die for! “True Quality! – I was in need of a 30th birthday cake for a friend, sounds easy however I reside in Chicago, IL and to find a locate bakery in Fullerton was not. I was not familiar with the area or local bakeries. I found Patty’s Cakes on line and read reviews and viewed pictures of previous cakes she made. I called up Patty and we started talking about the idea for the cake. I could tell by her professionalism and knowledge that I had nothing to worry about. During our numerous conversations Patty always remained friendly and helpful. The cake was so incredible; she did a wonderful job with the design. The cake was moist and flavorful; the filling was just as spectacular as the rest of the cake. I have to say that I have never had a cake that delicious in my life! There was not a single piece left of the cake and people started to eat the crumbs from the base. Overall I was very pleased with the cake and would order from Patty’s Cakes again for any occasion. I hope she can ship all the way to Chicago!”
