I tried a piece of a co-workers bday cake— Seriously the
best red velvet cake I have had in a while ;] It was so
moist and so delish!! I want more!!! I am going to get my
next cake from here for sure…. And it was so pretty!! The
decor and the sparkles.

Stopped by today to see if I could buy a dozen mini
cupcakes for my little sister as she loves cupcakes and
hasn’t gotten any in a while. The place is tucked away in
the corner right next to a dry cleaners so it is a little
hard to find.

Patty’s Cakes are awesome! She’s made me two wedding cakes
recently, one German chocolate for just the family
celebration, and one big gorgeous white one for the
wedding.
I called her up after finding her on Yelp because I needed
a last minute cake for my 10-person wedding party. She was
very professional and friendly on the phone until we were
wrapping up the order and I told her I was the bride. She
just got so excited and happy and promised to add some
special decorations just because. The cake looked gorgeous
and tasted excellent. It disappeared in about 10 minutes.
Because that cake was so good, I ordered my official
wedding cake from her as well. The cake was made to feed
120 people, and I still have cake left over 3 weeks later
(and it’s till moist! amazing!). Yes, my caterers cut it
into really small pieces after a huge buffet, no reflection
on the cake. Not only was the cake delicious (chocolate
and lemon layers separated by raspberry and Bavarian
cream), but it looked gorgeous too. I provided flowers
which she arranged to look awesome. I was busy taking
photos when the cake arrived, but all of a sudden the cake
was there looking perfect, just as she’d promised.
Patty was very responsive to our requests, and she knows
what to do when the bride and groom know they want a cake
and not much else. And the cake was delicious, both the
chocolate and the lemon layers were excellent. Yum!

Awesome cupcakes!!! Was driving by and noticed the store
sign….never heard of it before (i m from Irvine)….so I
decided to Yelp it and saw a ton of great reviews. I
decided to get the Elvis cupcake…. Best decision ever!!!!
You must try this cupcake….crispy bacon on top!!!! I used
to live in LA and now live in OC so I have tried all the
new bakeries around: Vanilla Bakeshop, Sprinkles, Crumbs,
Susie Cakes, Layer Cake Bakery, Cassie s Cupcakes, Sweet &
Saucy….I must say my first bite made me a believer!!!!
Can t wait to go back.

Patty just made a mint chip birthday cake for my husband that was SOOOOOO freakin good it should have been X rated!! It was above and beyond what our taste buds were expecting. Once again Patty you rocked our world.The mint was subtle and the whipped frosting was perfect. The chocolate cake was so moist which is really hard to find. Will upload a picture soon.
