Our favorite so far is the Neopolitan and Red Velvet. I do have one gripe with their customer service. One day we called about 10 minutes before closing letting them know we were 10 away from arriving per the GPS and they said they couldn’t guarantee they would still be open, what’s up with that?

[Review] Nephew’s first birthday cake!

I ordered a cake for my nephew’s 1st birthday and cake is my favorite dessert, so I’m very picky. There was a lovely young woman who helped me come up with ideas to decorate the cake and when I went to go pick it up, the cake was EXACTLY how she had said it would be. I heard so many good compliments from our party guests. A lot of them said it was the best cake they ever had!

We were recommended to Patty’s Cakes through OC Mining Company. We also met with Patty at the Bridal Shower wonderful wonderful persona.
I met with Phillip for the tasting he was very informative, friendly and always available whether it’s via email or phone.The cupcakes were AMAZING I don’t usually eat frosting, but Patty’s Cakes frosting is delicious not as sweet and heavy just PERFECT!! It was hard to choose :( but we went with the Lemon Raspberry and Carrot Cake for top tier. They created exactly what I asked for which is a plus for me!!!! We will definitely be coming back :D

Love this place. :) Cupcakes are moist, delicious, and not overly sweet. The cake balls are amazing also! I’ve tried numerous flavors of both and have yet to be disappointed. I’ve tried cupcakes from other well known bakeries in the area, and these are definitely at the top of my list.

Patty’s Cakes are the best cupcakes I’ve ever had, and I have had a lot of cupcakes! They are light and fluffy and the icing was more like whipped cream than that heavy icing on other cakes. I also appreciated that they ice them when you order, so I was able to get the Elvis without bacon on top. The cake balls are pretty tasty, too!

I can’t offer enough thanks for Patty’s Cakes. Patty’s Cakes was extremely friendly,
helpful, and did an amazing, amazing, amazing job on my wedding cake. They are gay
friendly. They worked within my budget and created such a beautiful 3 tiered white
wedding cake. I still can’t believe how beautifully designed it was. There was not a
piece left, the entire guest ate the entire cake and raved about it. Hats off on doing
a wedding cake of my dreams. Thank you, thank you, thank you from the bottom of my
heart.

I planned a 2 year engagement to give me enough time to find the perfect vendors for my special day and Patty’s cake was one of them. I got married a year ago and my guests are still talking about my cake today. I myself am not a cake person. Never really cared for it but when I test tasted Patty’s cake OMG it was de-lious! We couldn’t decide between 2 flavors because it was that good. So they were so nice and said they would do the 2 flavors together so that each guest would have a little bit of chocolate and red velvet in one slice! And the vison of my cake was EXACTLY what I had envisioned for my big day. I was so happy with the quality and service there. Patty and Phillip are the sweetest people ever too and make you super comfortable to tell them what you really want and expect. If you are the bride in looking for a cake this is the place to get it! You won’t be disappointed

I’ve ordered from Patty’s for work events, and this time, I found out I had extra guests for a going away party. I decided a few cupcakes would help finish the menu, but I have one member who is gluten intolerant. I was thrilled to find that Patty’s now has gluten free choices! I went with the new, and absolutely wonderful, éclair cupcakes and the chocolate fudge minis, all gluten free. We had three mini’s left when the party was done, everyone loved them.
