[Review] They are great and we have no regrets about picking them for our wedding.

Patty’s Cakes was one of the preferred vendors for our venue at Coyote Hills Golf Course. We had heard of them before, so they were our first choice when setting appointments.

We made an appointment for the cake tasting. The earliest appointment date was about a month away. They are a popular spot and our wedding was one of many that was rescheduled due to the pandemic, so make sure to book your time ASAP.

Once we arrived, the person helping us was very knowledgeable and patient as we made our choices. They took great care to explain what flavors mix well together and letting us try all the flavors. The cake itself was fantastic! It was exactly as we expected and delivered promptly without issues. There wasn’t even any leftovers!

They are great and we have no regrets about picking them for our wedding.

We LOVED their cake! We got this cake as part of a package from our wedding venue that had us pick between 3 different bakeries. I absolutely loved the style of the cakes done here. During our tasting, the cakes tasted FANTASTIC. Not overly sweet, frosting nice and light, absolutely enjoyable to eat. Multiple people commented on how much they enjoyed our cake at the wedding. Will be definitely excited to eat a slice of this again on our wedding anniversary!

Patty’s Cakes is the best! They were one of two bakery’s to pick with our venue. Overall a great experience with them. Cake testing was easy and fun! Once you pick your cake, you don’t have to worry about anything else. We had marble cake and lemon cake for the top tier for ourselves to take home. Both flavors were delicious and not overly sweet. What’s very nice is that they give you a free small cake on your one year anniversary so you don’t have to freeze your cake.

We came in to taste test vegan options for my daughters grad party. We tried four of the MANY flavors. When I say we wanted to cry from happiness, it was not an exaggeration. Anyone looking for vegan cakes or cupcakes, this is the place. The eclair one was out of this world!

Their customer service is exceptional and very friendly staff. I was so happy to have found them through Yelp. Got a cake for my sisters Quinceañera, the cake tasting was great and very good cakes and fillings. Everything is great!

Patty’s Cakes did our wedding cake – 5 tiers with alternating flavors of strawberry and mango with cream cheese. Our guests loved our cake! For our top tier we did guava with cream cheese, which tasted SO delicious during our tasting.. unfortunately our venue served the top tier ‍(you know the one you’re supposed to freeze until your 1 year anniversary), so we came to get a guava cream cheese cupcake after the wedding. Anyway, they made the whole process easy & painless and delivered on time! The only thing is they don’t do floral decorations, which we didn’t know and makes sense that the wedding florist does it. And we were given until a couple of days after the wedding to drop off the cake stands / pieces back to them. Thank you so much Patty and Patty’s Cakes!

Patty’s provided our wedding cake and it was absolutely delicious! One of my wife’s priorities during wedding planning was having a cake we would actually enjoy. Patty’s was extremely accommodating and helpful during the cake testing phase and we ended up with a delicious chocolate cake!

We used Patty’s Cakes for our wedding. Planning a wedding during the peak of covid was no easy task and many places stopped allowing the traditional tasting experience (i.e. go to the bakery, taste the cakes, etc.). Patty’s Cakes was one of the few places that still allowed us to have that traditional experience. The staff was friendly, the designs were gorgeous and the cakes were delicious. Some bakeries have extremely sweet frosting, but Patty’s Cakes is light and fluffy – with just the right amount of sweetness!

We even picked up a few items from the counter to take home with us. They stayed fresh for several days and were just as good then.

I would definitely recommend them to anyone in need of a bakery.

I have been a customer to Patty’s Cakes for years! I’ve ordered their cupcakes and cakes for everything from birthdays to baby showers, and they never disappoint. When it was time to get married, I knew we had to sign up for a tasting. Philip walked us through the different flavor combinations and in the end we settled on the vanilla cake with vanilla Bavarian custard…a simple and clean profile where you can really taste the ingredients. But you can’t go wrong with the other flavors! I’ve always loved the chocolate cake with chocolate chip mousse, but I think after the tasting, the chocolate cake paired with Nutella mousse was absolutely divine. I also love the cream cheese mousse, but wish it had a stronger cream cheese taste (I guess it’s good if you want it on the lighter side). My husband doesn’t like overly sweet things, and isn’t a big dessert person, but he LOVED the cake here. Definitely check out Patty’s Cakes and see for yourself!

Patty’s Cakes are amazing! We did a cake tasting a few months before our wedding & Philip was super helpful during the process. We got a 2 tier cake that was strawberry with vanilla custard.
