I wanted to share with all of you that Patty’s Cakes is one of the best I have ever tasted. I am GF and truly appreciate all of the hard work they have done in creating a tasty, delicious and super moist cupcake. I 100% recommend this place. They offer so many varieties of cupcakes. I will most definitely visit this dessert shop again. I highly recommend them. :-)

Wonderful bakery! Our wedding venue works with Patty’s Cakes and we are so glad! Our tasting appointment was exciting and Patty was there to guide us in flavor combinations and designs. The tasting was so warm and enjoyable. We left being big fans of Patty’s cakes. The frosting is light and the cake is wonderful. Our wedding cake had strawberry, lemon, and white cake. The cupcake combinations are delicious and when we took some home after our tasting, we called to alter our original choices to be closer to the cupcake flavors. The staff was friendly and accommodating and we will be back soon!

I wanted a special birthday treat for my son living in Irvine. I live on the east coast and found Patty’s online. Everyone at Patty’s was super responsive, unusually pleasant in these trying times, and easy to work with. I ordered 24 mini cupcakes in a Birthday box and my son reported that they were delicious, fresh and delivered exactly on time. If you’re looking for moist, light cupcakes with a wide variety of flavors for cake, filling, creams, and mousses, look no further! Can’t go wrong with any of their cupcakes. You can also choose from regular size and mini size cupcakes. They also have gluten free and vegan cupcake options for those with dietary restrictions. My favorite flavors are the chocolate with peanut butter mousse and the banana with vanilla cream. They also have cake balls and cookies; I haven’t tried them but they look delicious.

A friend had some cupcakes delivered to me for my bday and they were delish! Cupcakes are nice and fluffy vs dense – which is my kind of cake. Cupcakes tried: Lemon + guava: love this flavor. Not too heavy and the two flavors pair perfectly together. Chocolate with vanilla mousse: I usually prefer white cake with vanilla (I know boring), but was amazed by how delish this cupcake was! It was like a hostess cupcake on crack and my favorite of the 3 tried! White with chocolate fudge: I wanted to like this cupcake, but the fudge frosting was just too rich for me.

Delicious cupcakes! – From out of state, but my daughter in law directed me to Patty’s Cakes for cupcakes and cookies. What a cute shop and amazing cupcakes and delicious cookies. Was able to get gluten-free and vegan for those who wanted. Great variety. Loved the seasonal “Peppermint Patty.”

Patty’s Cakes was part of our venue package. It’s easy to schedule the cake tasting and the process was quick and easy. We decided on red velvet with raspberry filling for our wedding cake. It was a delicious cake that people raved about. It’s not sweet and very moist. The staff were very friendly as well. We will come back soon for cupcakes!

Prior to our wedding pre-pandemic, we were consistently referred to a popular SoCal bakery by many friends but our experience with that vendor felt very impersonal and rushed. Not to mention their pricing ended up being out of our budget. My husband, who grew up in the OC, and I stumbled upon Patty’s Cakes and we booked a cake tasting and were immediately sold. The owner was so friendly and personable and treated us as if we were her only couple and the cakes were tried were delicious and not just slices but individual cupcakes! We decided on the white chocolate marble cake which was so moist and decadent with a vanilla Bavarian cream filling. My husband and my top tier has a mint cream filling. Our guests loved the cake! During this pandemic, Philip was so understanding of the multiple times we had to postpone. We had a small 48-person ceremony last November 2020 and ordered a single-tiered cake to share with a few family and friends and this past November we finally got to have a larger reception with our 3-tiered cake and sheet cakes and it was a hit! We’re grateful they were one of our vendors and look forward to celebrating our anniversary each year with a cake from Patty’s! Highly recommend!
