I try to stay away from treats but this place always gets me. I’ve tried so many of the cookies I love how crispy they are. Annette always reassures me what options to best go for when I need help deciding. I really love this place !!

Amazing deserts & service!
I received a Patty’s Cakes gift card from a friend a few years ago, but never used it. I remembered having Patty’s Cakes at a work function and everything was delicious! So I decided to order for my birthday. Since they have a new online card & ordering process my gift card was a little tricky. I went in and ordered 2 doz mini cupcakes and they honored the gift card with no problems. Eryka at the front counter was so helpful and sweet! Will definitely be ordering again!

We are so happy we used Patty’s Cakes for our wedding! Coming from someone who doesn’t really like cake all that much, their cakes are soo good that my husband and I had the hardest time deciding which one was our favorite. I love how light the cake is, and also the frosting. We worked with Kelli Nielson who was super helpful, flexible, and patient while we browsed many cake design images and discussed flavor pairings. I plan on using Patty’s Cakes for all future events – they cannot be beat!

Went for a wedding cake tasting on a Friday evening and parking was a bit of a hassle but we managed to find a spot.
My appointment was at 4 and the couple in front of us was running a bit late so we were taken in about 20 minutes past our appointment time, but I know that wasn’t their fault.
But I stood at the front waiting to be greeted or at least asked why I was there, and 10 minutes passed and no one even bothered to see if I needed to be assisted. I literally had to call the business while I was standing in it, in order to get some assistance. That’s not good!!! Once I was able to talk to someone, they directed me to where I was going to be doing the tasting and that’s also when I was informed that the couple in front of us was running late.
Once we were taken to the cake tasting room, Kelly (I believe) was the woman who helped us with the cake tasting and she was very helpful and had such a great personality. The cakes we tried were very moist and flavorful. She was very attentive and answered our questions. So all that went great.

Since the cake was good. Hopefully the front steps up their customs service and they would have a solid 5 stars!

We got our Wedding Cake from here and unfortunately we had to cut it close because our previous cake did not go through with another shop. They were super helpful and helped us find the perfect cake in a time crunch and it was a blessing in disguise that the other shop fell through because this cake was the most delicious wedding cake. We will only being going to Patty’s for my future events.
