I was very satisfied with the customer service I received at my last visit. I made a mistake in my online order, when I picked up my order, I discussed my issue with the clerk. She explained the problem with, I’m assuming Patty, and they generously honored the online discount and credited my account with a refund. Greatly appreciated!! This is not my first visits to Patty’s, nor will it be my last. Cupcakes, cookies and especially the salespeople are superb! Thanks Patty!

Wanted to try Patty’s cakes for a while so I finally came in on a Sunday afternoon. Parking was available in the back of the store and I came in to pick up my preordered cupcakes. I purchased the S’mores, Neapolitan and white with strawberry mouse. The S’mores cupcake was delicious you can definitely tasted the s’mores flavor and the chocolate cupcake was moist and fluffy. As for the Neapolitan OMG! Just devine I love the flavor of both the frosting and cupcake one of my favorites so far. The cupcakes are not too sweet just right.

We got our wedding cake from Patty’s and I have to say the experience from the consultant helping us choose our perfect cake flavors to the delivery of the cake was perfect. Sadly we didn’t get to enjoy our cake on our wedding because it was so hectic, but we definitely had our filling during the tasting. I would highly recommend here!

We used Patty’s Cakes for our wedding cake and we couldn’t have been happier! From the moment we stepped inside for our tasting we knew we were making the right choice. We loved the look of our cake. We wanted something classic and delicious and we got just that. All of our guests said it was the best tasting cake! Even after freezing our top tier for a week, it was still just as delicious when we got back from our honeymoon!

Patty’s Cakes was recommended to us by our venue. The process from start to finish was so smooth. At the tasting we were presented with all our options , who knew there was that many flavors and combos of filling. We got to taste a few that we thought we would like and man it was a tough decision! The cakes is so moist and flavorful. The delivery on our wedding day was seamless. The cake had everyone talking, they loved it as did my husband and I! 5stars hands down to Patty’s cakes!!!!

Best Vegan Cake – This is my first time ordering an actual cake from here, while I know the cupcakes are amazing I figured the cake would be too. Had a small gathering for a friend who is vegan and this cake was great. She loved it and everyone who’s not a vegan fan did too.

We loved every moment working with Patty’s for our wedding cake and treat table. Our 3/4 naked cake was beautiful and delicious, as well.
