My husband and I selected Pattys Cakes from our venue. When we did the taste testing, the samples were amazing. We selected our cake flavor, the design, and couldn’t wait for our big day! The cake was AMAZING! Until this day, our guests ask us about our cake! We couldn’t be happier! We ordered from them again for our baby shower but this time we ordered cupcakes! We loved it!

Our wedding cake was absolutely amazing! The cake was moist and perfectly sweetened, and it looked beautiful with just some simple cake floral.

Reviewing Patty’s Cakes almost one year after our wedding because I thought I had already raved about them before but I guess I hadn’t lol. Must’ve been on that post-wedding high hehe.
Anyways, we did a cake tasting for Patty’s and was given 4 amazingly moist and fluffy cupcakes to try and we knew immediately that we were going to get our wedding cake from them. They were very patient with us during the tasting and helpful with choosing designs, flavors, and cake size. They did a phenomenal job with our cake and made it look so elegant. We are eager to go back!!

Everyone at Patty’s Cakes were so helpful and willing to work within our vision. We selected a different flavor for each layer (lemon bliss, strawberry bliss, and snickerdoodle). The groom’s cake was a surprise and he absolutely loved it. Go Ducks!

Patty’s Cakes has always been our family go to spot for cakes and desserts. When my husband and I were getting married we knew we had to go with a place we could definitely trust and has great quality. The entire dessert tasting process that was planned out was so nice and it made the experience fun. I knew I wanted to have flowers but didn’t know how I felt about fresh flowers, so of course Patty’s was able to complete my vision and pipe all of the cascading flowers! Overall not only did my husband and I love our wedding cake, our guests couldn’t stop talking about it as well. Thank you for being part of our special day and making our wedding a memorable one. So during the hectic process of our wedding planning, we somehow completely neglected to take care of one of the biggest parts: reserving the cake.
It was a week before D-Day and realized we haven’t done it only until our planner graciously reminded us.
We were in utter panic and looked through the list of recommended vendors from our venue and chose to email Patty’s, which was first on the list.
To our relief, they assured us they’d be able to make the deadline, but due to the extreme late nature of our request, notified us we wouldn’t be able to do the regular tasting.
Instead, they provided a promo code to order 3 cupcakes to sample; we chose banana/guava filling, vanilla/nutella mousse, and strawberry/strawberry-oreo mousse.
When we went to pick up, (Saturday around 4PM) the store was pretty packed.
As soon as we tasted it, we figured out it was for good reason because all 3 were some of the best desserts I’ve ever had.
I don’t even like sweets.
We had the hardest time trying to decide but we ended up combining banana and nutella mousse.
Come wedding day, first things first the cake was beautiful.
When we cut into it and had a taste, it blew our minds.
I don’t know how Patty’s makes these things so flavorful without it being overly sweet.
All our guests talked about how good the cake was and asked where we ordered it from.
Needless to say, if anyone needs cakes or desserts for any reason we’ll be sending them to Patty’s.
Lastly, I’d like to thank Kelli the specialist for coordinating with us despite such short notice.
She was delightful in answering all of our questions while easing our anxiety.
Thank you everyone at Patty’s for being a huge reason our wedding was a success!
