[Review] Freshly Baked Cupcakes At Fullerton Cakery

Heaven surrounded by a paper cup – the cupcakes are incredible!!! You can taste the freshness, as they are frosted to order. Only takes two minutes. My favorite is white cake with coconut. Plus, they are packaged in an impressive box, so they don’t topple over. What a great gift, a dozen cupcakes with your choice of cake and frosting. The cakes are so awesome, nothing is ever frozen, all is freshly baked, and you can taste the huge difference. Everything is reasonably priced, and such a clean, beautiful store. They also do special orders for birthdays, weddings, etc. This is my new hangout, love this bakery, also with such a super friendly, fabulous staff.

Patty’s cakes is absolutely delicious!! We have used Patty’s for birthdays, bridal showers and most recently my wedding! They did our cake (4 tiers) it was all that I could’ve hoped for! The design was beautiful and the best part is the taste. Super moist and the frosting is so light and refreshing. They have a ton of different flavors and my husband and I found Patty and her employees more than accommodating on our special date. I will continue to use Patty’s in the future!

I decided to try out Patty’s Cakes because of great reviews, even though my wedding was is San Juan Capistrano. They’ve really made the process as simple and efficient as it can get… from scheduling a free tasting online to order, and it was boxed and ready on time for pickup. We went with a white (vanilla) cake with vanilla custard and raspberry filling. The cake tasted great and looked gorgeous! Our planner dressed it up with eucalyptus and flowers. Looking forward to many delicious anniversary cakes to come!

Patty’s Cakes are simply the best! Though this vendor was the first we tried for finding a wedding cake, I knew instantly it would be our top choice. Sure enough, three other vendors later, no other bakery compared! We were also so impressed by the professionalism and timeliness of the business, which made it easier for us during our wedding journey. Our wedding cake was not only memorable by its gorgeous design and tiers, but every guest we talked to (even after the wedding) kept gushing on how delicious the cake and frosting was! My husband and I both wholeheartedly agree, and we will be sure to visit again. Thank you again for delivering the perfect wedding cake!

Love love love this place! Their cupcakes and cake balls are out of this world :)

We also ordered our wedding cake from here and everyone loved it!

What I especially love about this place is that they do not use fondant or buttercream – they have their own concoction that they use that is not too sweet or sugary – and it doesn’t take away from the flavor of the cake.

Our wedding cake flavor was half white half lemon with raspberry and Bavarian custard filling. Their lemon flavor is so good it has me craving it weekly!

Service was superb and my cake was absolutely beautiful. Thank you for such an amazing experience!!

My husband and I could not be more pleased with our wedding cake from Patty’s Cakes! It was one of the preferred vendors for our wedding venue, and when I looked at the reviews I knew that it was the right choice for us! We met with Philip and he took his time with us during our consultation. We got to try all of the delicious flavors which made it even harder to choose! We ended up choosing chocolate cake with a cream cheese filling- it sounds different, but Philip encouraged us to get the cake that we love, not what we thought others would love. Also, we also loved that the frosting was actually delicious and soft, not the typical hard flavorless wedding cake frosting. The cake was a huge hit! Everyone raved about the cake and it was the one thing i made sure to eat during the busy night! Thank you to Philip and Patty’s Cakes! I know where I will be going for all of my cake and cupcake needs!!

Thank you so much, Patty’s Cakes, for making 350+ cupcakes and a delicious cake for our wedding! I searched a lot of places for yummy cupcakes and everyone else’s was too sweet and too expensive. Sure, they looked good, but what good is a cupcake if you don’t want to touch the frosting? I’m so glad I went into Patty’s Cakes. The frosting is just the right amount of sweetness. It’s a meringue type frosting, kinda like cool whip. The lemon razzle was my favorite. Our small wedding cake was so yummy (marble with chocolate mousse filling) that hubby and I ate the whole thing over 3-4 days. I just wished that we had ordered a larger cake. I’ve been craving more…perhaps for our anniversary. They don’t offer free cake tasting, but you won’t regret going with them! Not only were they the tastiest option, they were also the cheapest. I couldn’t be happier with how the cupcakes turned out for our wedding.
