[Review] Great Cupcake Vendor for Weddings in Yorba Linda

We tried the cupcakes at the Nixon Library during their wedding open house and we just immediately fell in love. The mousse is exactly what we want, not too sweet and no thick frosting for us and our guests. So, of course we decided to go with them for our wedding cake and cupcakes!

We booked an appointment online and the response was immediate and super organized and detailed. They do have follow-ups for the wedding tasting, which is wonderful so you can’t forget your appointment.

We were able to try every filling and three different flavors and we truly fell in love with a bunch of different combinations and flavors. I also have to say, this is NOT expensive at all! I highly recommend coming here and checking out the wedding tasting and cupcakes sold.

It was everything plus more! They have over 50 flavors to select from and lots of vegan and gluten free options as well! Right as we walked in, both ladies greeted us and asked if we had questions. They also explained everything and I love the fact they do the frosting fresh!
All were delicious and hit the pregnancy craving spot! They had about 3-5 seats to wait (or eat one on before hitting the road!) but I would plan on picking up. It was a quieter bakery and super cute and pink on the inside!

Absolutely our favorite place for cupcakes. It’s so easy to order online and they are perfect every time. We love that it’s not frosting but mousse. Such a better taste, it’s light and airy.

Love Patty’s, the cakes and cupcakes are always moist, and flavorful. The mouse frosting is really awesome not like the competition which gives you butter cream filled with loads of sugar, the mouse is light, sweet and tasty. They are awesome cake balls too, my favorite is the celebration with white chocolate shell. The Carmel pecan cookies are also very good. This is my go to for these kind of treats!

We placed and on-line order for delivery. The cake was outstanding like always! But, we also ordered a mixed dozen of the Mini Cupcakes as well. These were a hit! All of our guests enjoyed the sweet treats and the wonderful variety!

My husband and I had Patty’s Cakes at a recent wedding and knew we needed to book them for our March 2024 wedding. Literally everyone raved about the cake, from how it looked to how it tasted. I had my cake tasting for my wedding yesterday at 4pm. They made the process so seamless. First of all the tasting is free, so I was already excited because who doesn’t love free cake!

So they take you to a private consultation room where there’s a wall of display cakes with different designs and sizes. I was then walked through the process. We talked about flavors. While she was whipping up the frostings and prepare the cupcakes, she had me look through a book to get an idea for the design of the cake. Then I was able to try the cakes. They were so moist and the frosting was light and fluffy. Lastly we talked about pricing. She priced out different options for me as I was considering a two tiered cake with cupcakes. She let me know it would be way more cost effective to do a sheet cake with a 3 tiered vs the 2 tiered cake with cupcakes.

I really appreciate that she gave me all options and didn’t just try to get me to buy the most expensive option. I also loved the variety of flavor combinations as well. I was able to combine two different fillings.

I also think it’s important to note that I was recommended by 3 different people to Patty’s Cakes.
