1. I fully appreciate the responsiveness of the support–the understanding of my query and the timely answer; but 2. Since my original cake order was placed and payment remitted, indicating that reward points had been earned, I was not aware that the usage of such points was totally contingent upon the original cake order being picked up first, and then the reward points could be utilized. 3. Clarification: In no way does this minor incident deter me from my being a repeat customer or referring others to Patty’s Cake. It would have been much more amiable if, rather than choosing between “Good, I’m satisfied” or “Bad, I’m dissatisfied” if there was merely a place for “Comments.” 4.
