Got a classic three-tiered white cake with Bavarian custard and raspberry filling for our event and it was a total HIT with everyone. Which we already knew because we chose the cake duh. We got 2 sheet cakes on the side (supposed to serve 300) and comfortably served ~120 (some of whom took seconds) + saved a good portion to serve at brunch the next day bc yes, you can help dreams come true. Cake is very moist, lightly iced, not overly sweet. We personally preferred a more minimalistic look and 100% prioritized taste, and we have 0 regrets.
