We chose Pattys to be our wedding cake baker. The tasting was great, we are very busy but they were willing to go at a pace that worked for us! Scheduling was also easy. When I first saw the amount of frosting on the cupcakes I was a little nervous, but I was surprised and delighted at how light it was. It wasn’t too sugaring and it did not overpower the cake. They brought the cake to the venue with zero issues. They were efficient and professional. It was one of the easiest choices we made during wedding planning. If you love a strong potent frosting they might not be right for you. However if you’re like me and enjoy frosting that balances a delicious cake and enhances rather than overpowers Patty’s is perfect!
