Yummy moist cupcakes – I love Patty’s cupcakes because they are moist and not too sweet. I got 2 mini dozen cupcakes for my daughter’s tennis team on her 16th birthday. It was beautiful when I picked it up. I decided to put the two dozen box in an icebox with rolling wheels to keep it cool. But while transporting it in the roller icebox all the cupcakes tilted to one side although the boxes were tightly snugged inside the cooler. Lesson learned..keep the mini cupcake box as flat as possible because those cupcakes can easily flip on its side. The team enjoyed the cupcakes anyway despite it looked disastrous lol. The popular picks were red velvet cheese cake and chocolate oreo. In the future I’ll only get the regular sized cupcakes because I think they’ll be more stable inside the box. See pics…in one box I tried to flip the mini cupcakes back into its slots but the mousse topping were all mixed up. Still delicious though!
