Wowowow! Philip and the Patty’s team came in clutch with some absolutely delicious cupcakes, cake and cake balls! This place is the epitome of a well-oiled machine that has adjusted to the current times. Last minute, we decided to have a drive-thru birthday for our son to stay safe and wanted something tasty to have for family who stops by. We ordered Patty’s online on Friday night and were able to schedule delivery for the very next day. That’s not even the best part!! I got a phone call from Philip the next morning to discuss my order to make sure they got everything right and I was ordering what I needed. It was a great conversation and super helpful. Being even more last-minute, I called him an hour before my delivery time to see if I could add more to my order and he was super accommodating to allow me to do so. About 15 minutes before my delivery, I got a notification that my driver was on the way with a link to track the status. I met my masked driver out front and she was super sweet! The items were packaged beautifully and exactly what we ordered. On to the baked goods themselves, I don’t know how they do it but everything was very light and airy. Nothing felt heavy. This was awesome but ended bad because I ate 4 cupcakes. Hahaha. We got text messages from friends and family who also said their cupcakes were amazing. There are sooooo many options to choose from, all of which were equally delicious. Patty’s Cakes is going to be the go to for all future events! The cupcakes and customer service are WORLD CLASS.
