Well, what a perfect substitute for a Valentine’s hug when you’re thousands of miles away! Every time I’ve ordered from Patty’s the product and service have been perfection, from the initial ordering (if you have a problem with the complicated order form, just call and place a phone order…they are SO nice!) to the delivery, communicating every step of the way. I do a lot of online ordering and I can absolutely say without hesitation that Patty’s has the best product and service one could hope for. Also, it is so easy to add a note, and it comes as a separate piece of paper in an envelope, not hidden in the address label (no thank you Amazon and Instacart!). I’m not sure how their local delivery can be flawless every time for a product as delicate as cupcakes, but it is and it’s the best delivery fee around!
