Being a baker myself, I m picky about the quality of any cake. I love that cakes can be beautifully decorated, but only if they taste just as wonderful. Patty s cakes do! Very moist, flavorful and great filiing. I don t like to bake my own birthday cake and decided to try hers on someone s recomendation. Very happy I did. Looked great, but tasted even better.
