We were planning our Orange County wedding while I lived in Toronto and my fiancée in Long Beach. Every step of the process to choose our cake was seamless, and we enjoyed the cake tasting. Ordered our cake from Patty’s cakes and was super satisfied! We had a beautiful white four tiered cake with pearl and dot accents. Our flavors were butter pecan and red velvet with cream cheese. It tasted very delicious and was moist. We had our tasting prior with them and it was a great experience as well. From start to finish working with Patty’s cakes was great!

Patty’s Cakes and Desserts was the best choice my husband and I made. The whole process was super easy, cake testing was fun as they had many unique and delicious flavors, and the actual cake itself was exactly what we wanted for our wedding. Plus, you get a free anniversary cake in the package, because who needs freezer burn cake?! 10/10 recommend!

Highly Recommend Patty’s Cakes and Desserts! We got our wedding cake through Patty’s Cakes and absolutely loved it!! We initially found Patty’s Cakes through our venue’s preferred vendors list, and after seeing so many positive reviews, we decided to reach out. At first, my now husband and I were unsure about which desserts we wanted for our wedding, but Jacqueline and her team proactively shared their expertise, which helped us narrow down our options.
The cakes themselves are incredible. We loved our tasting and being able to sample different flavor and filling combinations. The quality, especially the frosting, is outstanding. It perfectly complements the cake and fillings, letting their flavors shine. We ultimately chose a three-tier marble cake with alternating layers of chocolate chip mousse and vanilla bavarian custard filling. We loved it. Our guests loved it.
So happy with our Patty’s Cakes experience and absolutely recommend!!

The cake and delivery were seamless and easy! We had such a good time at our tasting and they gave good suggestions on popular flavors. They really pushed for us to have the cake flavor that we wanted rather than the cake that would make our guests happy. Really appreciated that! FYI, they will not place flowers in your cake if that is something you want. They will do the cake topper but we had our florist place the flowers in the cake. Since the number of our guests changed at the last minute, we had to change the size of our cake. Though they really did not recommend we get a smaller cake than our guest count, it was fine for us since we also had candy, chocolate strawberries, and since we know a lot of our guests are not dessert people. I felt a little judged on the phone for having a cake that would feed 90 with 100 expected guests but it worked out for us! You know your guests best and how much they will eat!

We recently had pattys cakes at our wedding and let me tell you our expectations were exceeded! Even from our cake testing! The texture is amazing and the service was great. Arrived at time exact time they said they would day of our wedding. Very excited to get another cake from them in the fifties!

I will never forget our experience with cake tasting at Patty’s Cakes! Their shop was cutely designed and decorated, they even have a separate for cake tasting! Which I thought was amazing, and so cool! It was also great to have a one on one appointment with the Employees who helped us! It felt personal, our opinions felt heard, and the cake was so dang good! Which says a lot because we aren’t big cake eaters! We can wait to have them on our Wedding Day!

We ordered our wedding cake here in 2022 for our May 2023 wedding. Jacqueline was super awesome and helpful during our cake tasting session. I love their cupcakes, so I knew the cake would be the cherry on top! We had a 3-tier cake made up of strawberry as the bottom layer, marble in the middle and our top layer was confetti. All were so delicious! I also enjoy that my job orders dozens of cupcakes every March for employee appreciation month. I get to try so many different flavors! I’ll definitely keep recommending this place to anyone who is cake shopping or even just a tasty dessert.
