“A co-worker brought an array of cupcakes from Patty’s Cakes and Desserts and they were simply divine. I tried the red velvet and chocolate cupcakes. I equally enjoyed both. The cake part was absolutely moist and the icing; just the right amount of sweetness. I’ve been to many cupcake places in Orange County and frankly, most are disappointing. Not here. I cannot wait to try the cake-balls and other goodies she has to offer.”

“This was my first time visiting, found Patty’s Cakes on the internet and decided to check them out. I didn’t want to drive over 45 minutes to Newport for cupcakes!! I don’t think I will have to again. :) These cupcakes were light, moist and SOOOO tasty. I bought two of the red velvet cupcakes with the cream cheese…mmmm….I want to go back tomorrow! “I highly recommend Patty’s Cakes! My friend and I decided to give this place a try today since we had a major craving for cupcakes, and I’m so glad we did! The service was excellent, even though they had just been slammed by a big walk-in order and had only one cupcake left in the display. They kindly offered to frost whichever cupcakes we wanted to order. They were delicious! Moist cake, amazing frosting/mousse, and cream filling to top it all off. We tried a cake ball as well out of curiosity, and those were sooooo good. Give this place a try. For $3, their cupcakes are worth every penny.”

“I walked in with a cupcake craving and had no idea this place even existed. I was pleasantly surprised with the customer service. Even though they were slammed from the holidays he made four cupcakes especially for me. The Elvis was my favorite followed by the chocolate peanut butter and red velvet. My dad ate my lemon one before i could try it. So i have to go back to get that one. Overall they were moist delicious and had an amazing combination of flavors and i am ready for more. GO TRY THEM!!”

“I heard of Patty’s cakes through Groupons. My weak spot is sweets! If a shop pops up, I’m there. I bought the Groupon for Patty’s cakes after seeing a friend purchased one also. I checked their items out onine and saw that they pretty much offered the same stuff all sweet shops offer. I saw pictures of the Cake balls and wasn’t to thrilled about them, they looked tooo sweet! The cupcakes, how can they be any different than other places? I took my boys in, bought two cake balls and a variety of cupcakes to sample. The cake balls, knocked my socks off!! We tried the chocolate chip and the red velvet. Very moist inside and the chocolate that they are dipped in was not remotely overbearing! The cupcakes, were also really good. I love that the frosting is not sweet and love that the cupcakes are filled in the middle. Needless to say I now have two to go places for desserts. Very glad I bought the Groupon and found this place!!”

“I love cake, and Patty’s Cakes and Desserts only make me love cake that much more! The cakes and cupcakes are always moist and the frosting is whipped and light. The cream cheese frosting is perfection. It is light, tastes like cream cheese and isn’t overbearing. I used to always remove the frosting from cupcakes and cakes, but I do not dare remove the frosting from anything that comes from Patty! Let me state for the record that I do not like banana flavored pastries, cakes or breads. I reluctantly tried a banana cupcake and ohmygoodness, it was delish! The flavor was so light. You got the right amount of banana without having felt like you just ate a bunch of bananas.
Last but not least, I highly recommend the peanut butter frosting on chocolate combo. It gives you the satisfaction of the peanut butter and chocolate combo. Go visit the shop today and try some of her amazing baked goods!”
